I read, knit, doodle, watch massive amounts of the telly, continuously try to work on random stuffs, cook awesome dinners and hang out with Mike.  Those are just a few of the lollygaggin' opportunities that are tops on my list.

It's no secret that several times a week, I like to go to karaoke.  It works out well for me, since Mike is currently the best darn karaoke D.J. in DFW.  So, as many of my fellow lollygaggers know, I generally go to his shows on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Well, this week...one of the places Mike used to have a regular gig with on Saturdays, told him that he could still do the gig as long as I didn't go with him.  Yep!  Lynn----Denied.  The thing that irks me about it as that NO one at the restaurant said, "boo" about it to me.  How can I just be banned from a public place?  A place that I happen to know for a fact...the karaoke regulars think I'm keen; but, the restaurant thinks I am too boisterous to enter???  Ahh well.

Mike said he didn't want to set foot in a place where his wife and best friend wasn't welcome.  Which is sweetly chivalrous and one of the reasons I love 'em.  Happy Valentine's Day, everybody.

thats awesome...i wish my guy would do that i mean he would but he is the boistress one and would have broken some necks mobster style...although i dont think i would ever be banned from a place im his bestfriend his lady and somewhat of a babysitter

he's like soup its not good unless u add water...

yay water!!!

See, the old me DOES want to show there in like black leather and too much eyeliner and sing raunch Joan Jet (Instead of the Loretta Lynn, I usually sing there) have far too many whiskey shots and let them see just how boisterous I can be.
I'm really so pissed I could plotz!

I mean the last time we were there, Mike and I sang "Green Acres" and did this little comedy bit...everybody at the bar was clapping and whooting. I just don't get it.

Look at it this way it is them losing business... so if you aren't at Dos then neither are we. But we will always rock the house wherever else we might go.... and that is a fact.

I've seen your men drop lots on Jager Bombs for you little lady and ya'll even yet their overpriced stale chips...sometimes your party has more than half-a-dozen people and I'm not that bad.

I know, I know the C&C Music Factory are in fact, VERY good regulars that even come out on other nights and lately, we've become quite the chums...I swear...that BBQ better be good, 'Cause that sign is harder than I thought. Anyway, thanks for the solidary.
