To all the people who were meant to see the show in Madrid yesterday....... I cannot apologise enough for letting you all down by cancelling the show.  I did not feel I could deliver the show that you deserved to see - my voice was non-existent. I know some of you had come a long way to see me and an apology is not enough to compensate for the no show. It’s just one of those unfortunate circumstances.  I appreciate all the people who were singing outside the bus and am sorry I could not say hello but I had strict orders from the doctor to have total voice rest.

 

Hopefully I can make it back to Madrid and give you a great show soon.

Following a stint of song writing and recording in his time off during the Summer touring season, James is delighted to announce he'll be releasing new music this year.  You can hear a snippet of the new song GET TO YOU on James' official site by clicking here .

James says: " I hadn't written anything new for a while as we'd been so busy touring this year. Then I had some time off between shows, the sun was shining and a lot of ideas came out all at once. I got together with Mark who produced Broken Strings for me and we worked on Get To You and another song called On The Same Side. I'm so happy about the way they turned out and I don't want to keep them under wraps.......I'm always nervous about people hearing my new songs, but I hope you'll all like what you hear. I'm starting to look forward to the European shows we have coming up in October and the UK dates at the end of the year and things are moving really fast again. Peace & Love to you all." James.

James will perform at this years AVO SESSION - Basel on Wedneday 11th November. The lifestyle music festival takes place in the Swiss town of Basel in an intimate club like setting featuring a broad spectrum of artists.Tickets for James' show go on sale Wed September 2nd at 8am at www.ticketcorner.com.
