I'm preparing an exhibition that will take place at the Gallery of the Rodchenko School of Visual Arts in Moscow.
I will have a Lecture on the 5th of November and the Vernissage will be later the same evening. It's my first solo exhibition since 1987.
I have shown my works before, at numerous occations, and collaborated with other artists, most known is possibly the piece called "Cosmodrome", last shown at the Museum of Modern Art in Paris.
This show in Moscow, titled "Cluster", includes both natura morte photography, oil paintings (Self-Portraits) and video work. There is also a soundtrack to the show, a new written and recorded instrumental track called "Harmonium".
All photos and paintings will be for sale, and I will put up the unsold items here for you to see and purchase if wanted.
Hope this gallery show will travel and come to a exhibition space near you...

Le Havre yesterday was nice aswell. ten years ago since I visited this town. the show was similar to the one we did in Canada last week, but we did perform a new song at the New Morning. i call it "Monologue". i will post the lyrics here very soon. and there will be more dates added to the concert list. take care my friends... and some French dates in October 2000 are question marked... do you know the details?

we are recording the shows on my Self-Portrait Tour
and are planning to hopefully release a Live Album
Working Title "Silent Mysteries"
but to cut down the Set to less than 80 minutes is hard
right now a possible choice of songs could look like this:
75.07.05

It Hurts Me So
She Doesn't Live Here Anymore
Wonder Wonders
Lychee
Humiliation
Escape
On The Radio
Only For You
Believe In Us
Lightning Strikes

My Mother's Grave
Broken Nose
Prequiem
I'm Older Now
As you might notice there is a focus on the songs from my last Album
but that was kind of the idea...
hope this will happen.
next single will be Lightning Strikes
a 4-track digital Ep will be released mid may
Tracklist:
Lightning Strikes (Edit)
Waiting
Iron Drum
Sore (Instrumental Version)
we will make the video for Lightning Strikes on the 11th of May

back in Turkey again
almost exactly 2 years ago last time.
what a great audience,
knowing the lyrics,
singing along,
loud,
to every tune.
we played same songs as lately
but in a different order
and we did Iron Drum and Suicide Is Painless
the place was packed
guess we should have done 2 shows.
thanks
see you soon again

reached Arles...
tried to walk in the footsteps of Van Gogh.
rain
from a distant radio I heard some of the worst songs ever made
Anastacia, Midnight Oil, Offspring, Evanesance, Pink etc...
the show became one of the longest we ever did,
hope we didn't bore you too much.
see you soon again
maybe already tomorrow in Paris...
cheers
