(...)

"Anyway, the fascinating thing was that I read in National Geographic that there are more people alive now than have died in all of human history. In other words, if everyone wanted to play Hamlet at once, they couldn't, because there aren't enough skulls!"
"'Now that I am thinking about it,' I told Gerald, 'they could make an incredibly long limousine that had it's back seat at your mom's VJ and it's front seat at your mausoleum, and it would be as long as your life.' Gerald said, 'Yeah, but if everyone lived like that, no one would ever meet anyone, right?' I said, 'So?'"
" ...I hated myself for going, why couldn't I be the kind of person who stays?"

Hi there,
I am having a wonderful time here on Corfu island. Our bungalow is nice and cosy with a beautiful, deliciously smelling flower garden with lizards. We walk a lot, and we chill in the sun - the cool sea breeze makes it all wonderful. Yesterday we climbed up an olive tree hill, which was not the best idea in the world cause we kinda got stuck and had to go back down again - stupid tourists
Greek guys can be stunning, but most of them work in bars and restaurants here and I do not trust them hahahaha. The older Greek men are mostly loud. Furthermore, it is not the high season yet for tourism here so mostly older people from England, the Netherlands and young couples from Sweden. Plus the British backpackers. But it's okay, I am enjoying a nice, quiet, relaxing holiday.
One thing that is not so great is that I have not been sleeping well for the last three nights and I have realistic dreams - not too bad or terrible, but realistic and untrue. Hope this will pass.
Oh, and about the scorpios: I meant the sign, not the animals. We did see a snake, though. Anyway, male scorpios don't cease to confuse me. Strong personalities, they have. They draw me in and dazzle me and confuse me. Puzzles.
Time to go back into the sun and sea!!!
