After featuring Jennifer Espinoza's sister, Jessica, our inbox begun getting flooded with requests to do a feature on Jennifer. With over 60 requests from fans from as far as Singapore and Brazil, it was time to feature this star. 14-year-old Jennifer is a regular performer of the National Anthem at San Antonio Speedway NASCAR Races and the undefeated champion at the the Cultural Arts Festival in Harlandale. A lot of fans consider Jennifer as the "rocker" between the two sisters while Jessica is more of the pop singer. What better way to describe Jennifer's talent than through the nomination descriptions from her fans: "She is going to be a big rock star," "I am Amy Lee's biggest fan and I have to say, Jennifer is just as good as her," and finally, probably one of the most touching nominations we've received thus far, "Jennifer's voice in her video of Immortal is the only thing that helped me feel better after my sister was in a car a accident. Jennifer is this years First place Winner of the 12 and under talent catagory in the 2nd annual Urban Fest in San Antonio, TX. Once Again and Still UNDEFEATED! Jennifer is this years First Place Winner at the Cultural Arts Festival 2006 at Memorial Stadium! First of all, I'm a Christian, so I thank God first and give all the glory to God. Young Texas Talent strikes gold: Jennie Marie

Jennifer Marie Espinoza is hot! She's a well known singing sensation in the San Antonio area and is perking interest internationally with several YOUTUBE videos. Also known as Genie Marie, she belts out rock vocals with eerie precision in the style of her favorites; Pat Benatar, Evanescence, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keyes, and others. Her vocal range and pitch are incredible. She has racked up scores of first place wins in local talent contests and has a busy performance schedule. Not bad at 12 years old.

Just to catch a glimpse of such budding talent is so rare and wonderful these days that it deserves a mention. Keep an eye on this young lady; she's certainly tapped for the top! Listen to this lady; you can see her on YouTube.

If anyone is interested, I will tell you how I 'discovered' Jennie Marie. Browsing for music videos and researching whom many call the 'best' of female rockers, the career of one Pat Benatar unfolded before me. Then by chance, there was a home posted video of a young girl at San Antonio Market Square holding a microphone and confidently serenading the crowd. I anxiously clicked the link with baited breath, thinking how difficult it is for anyone, much less a young pre-teenager, to tackle a Pat Benatar song!

Jennifer Marie blew me away. I watched it again. Uncanny and beautiful all at the same time; what a combination! But this wasn't the cat's meow, not just yet. To my utter joy there was yet another video of this young pre-diva. It was love to my ears; I had never heard 'My Immortal' before - and although I have since played the original by Evanescence; I much prefer Genie's version. In fact, so much so that it's on my MP3 player now and has been shared with more than a few pairs of ears!

There's even more good news. Jennie Marie has a spot on MySpace. Someone in the family is very aware of the power of networking on the Internet (mom!) and it seems to be working. Thank God for that, or I never would have had this opportunity. And you know what? There's an older sister Jessica Marie who's blazing a nice solid path and unlocking many potential doors for young Jennie Marie to open. My hope is nothing less than the best for the sisters, Jennie and Jessica. If mom is reading this, please feed the world! We need more music from these two young promising superstars.
