So...last year I was out on tour when Spring Training rolled around. We were on tour with Limbeck and out in AZ Nathan Gilleran, Dan B, and I caught a few games together. And then the three of us and all of Limbeck caught the last Anaheim Angels game. Pretty good memories. So that was the last American tour. It's about time for another. After this album is done, I promise.
Speaking of Limbeck, those dudes still have my DVDs. My fault, of course, not theirs, but it reminds me I should call Rob and ask if they still have them laying around. In "Wild and Free" news, I wrote one called "Fight Songs" today that I think is the most upbeat so far. Gonna work on it more this weekend with my friends.
Oh, but back to Spring Training. Going to my first of this year tonight. Mets-Marlins in Pt. St. Lucie. Pretty excited.

Listening to the great album "Mouthfuls" by the Fruit Bats. So good. I want it on vinyl, but I think I only have "Spelled in Bones" on vinyl. Geez. So good. Anyways. Hi if you've been following along at recordingwildandfree.blogspot.com. The new album is coming along well. Great players. The songs are coming along really nicely. I'd say we are 1/6th of the way there? Feeling really great about it. Well, I am still saving the dough to print Needle Bed and Sorry Vampire on vinyl. So, yes that is still in the works. If one of you has a rich uncle I am sure that would speed things up. Unfortunately I am not an heir to the Ralston Purina fortune. Dog food is not in the cards for me unless I am buying it. Which, come to think of it, I actually did today. California Natural is the brand King and Nico get. That's some high end shit kids. Talk to you.

I must confess that usually live photos are somewhat strange. But then I got this comment right here on myspace with a link to photos of the shows with the Postmarks we did last weekend. And I really like them. Enjoy.

So, I was gonna blog about King Crimson last week, but then I read my friend Jon Wlkins' blurb about King Crimson on his facebook page "Jonathan is recording King Crimson's "Moonchild" in the style of '60s dub" and now I just can't do it. I realize that whatever witty thing I had to say about King Crimson pales in comparison to this gale force statement of pure prog. That and I have to go. Now.
