I was against the Iraq War for a couple months there, but now that the surge has proved to be effective, I'm starting to feel a little better about our cause. It's just a shame that so many of our boys (and a lot of innocent Iraqi civilians) had to die.

But enough grief! I know this sounds terrible, but I can't help but feel a little glee watching this video of a Blackwater (i.e., mercenary) sniper firing on Iraqi insurgents (i.e., terrorist douchebags) from a safe vantage point. It's just... well, badass.

I got to thinking about my ex recently. I'm not really sure what brought it on.

Not that any of you need to worry. After all, I haven't exactly sat on my hands since the breakup. I've taken a few women out on dates, had sex a couple of times with one, and managed to spend a decent amount of time with my buddies. And yet... I feel strangely unfulfilled. I guess I'm waiting for the next Lindsay to come along, and suffice to say, it hasn't happened.
