well.. Tom says we can upload a total of 300 pics now.. who the hell has 300 pictures of themselves!? haha but he also mentioned by next week we'll have the ability to organize them with "albums". wow.. myspace really wants to eliminate any other website *cough photobucket cough* that makes money through myspace.com. first with videos and now images.. watch out free layout sites, they'll find a way to murder our traffic soon!

so rather than make a site full of stuff that people have to settle for whatever is available.. i want to hear an idea or something that you have been wanting for a long time now and never found it. any suggestion, layout ideas, greasemonkey script ideas, ANYTHING at all.. here's the place, and the time is now.

Q. Do you make custom profiles for people?
A. I personally don't anymore, but i'm sure you get one of the joyboner designers to make you one for the right amount of $$$.

Q. Why haven't you updated joyboner.com lately?
A. because I suck! haha no, I've just been super busy with work and i have pay the bills before i can make stuff for free :/

Q. I'm interested in joining the joyboner design team, what do I need to do?
A. I only ask a few things of you...
1. all original content! write your own codes, design your own graphics!
2. actually contribute once in a while. although i'm looking for quality, not quantity.
3. that's pretty much it! link me to something you've created (myspace is cool) to see if you're someone i'd consider. think you got what it takes? drop me a line.

Q. How do i get a city or name image?
A. You can't! it's completely filtered. the poeple who have one now did got there's before the filter hit. you're too late!

Q. Why don't my links work in flash?
A. Due to "security risks" myspace adds code to everything you embed into your profile to disable any links from working:
allowScriptAccess="never" allownetworking="internal". if you see someone with working links it's because they had the flash in there before myspace started adding this.

Q. Is there a "fix" for flash links?
A. There was.. but there's no way anymore.

Q. Why isn't there a Joyboner myspace group?
A. Because myspace security is a joke and big groups are getting hacked, spammed, and deleted all too often. i'm debating on whether or not to make a off-site forum..

they have now given the option for every user to upload 4 more pictures (16 total). i guess it's thier way of giving us something for having the site all funked up lately. wee! this is pretty awesome because now you can add 16 bits off CSS codes to customize your picture page.

they've aso added flash slideshows. (click to view yours) i guess this is cool but to me it seems pretty pointless. why you may ask?

1. it is a slideshow of the pictures already on your picture page.

2. the captions display code as text rather than just leaving it blank (not hard at all to fix, but they probably never will).

3. myspace has also recently added code to disable any link from working in flash. it even disables their OWN new feature from working?!?! haha how dumb is that? so on your slideshow preview page, the links work, but if you follow thier "5 simple steps" to put the slideshow on your page.. it's not gonna work.

4. so myspace once again stole another website's money making idea by adding the option to the site.. but didn't quite get this one right (they never do) so all this is going to do is waste more of thier own bandwidth. thumbs up!

its an expression i use when i get so filled with joy it results in a hypothetical boner. pretty much as happy as you can get..

now there are all types of boners, and no im not talking about different shapes or sizes.. im talking about emotional boners (emo-boners for short). anywho.. maybe ill write more on it later but for now im gonna focus on the very special joy boner.

now as far as i know i am the only one every to combine these two words to represent a perverted sense of fulfillment.. i just googled it to see if anyone else has it documented. BAM! nobody. nobody has ever even said it let alone meant the same thing.. ooh! i just got one right now.

in my research (google) i did find something very interesting though.. a woman named Joy Bonner. (tell me her parents didnt know what they were doing!) yada yada i pulled some content off her website:

eeek! i dont wanna kill the fun of this blog but it turns out this woman has been through some rough times!? her sister was a victim of violent crime. they didnt say what happened but she was killed. Joy also is active in the American Cancer Society, performing regularly at their fundraising events. because she lost family to cancer and blah blah. whatever. this is ruining the fun of her name and my blog.
