Current mood:  aroused
We're giving away 5 free guestlist spots to the forum gig on the 17th of July. To claim one simply answer this simple brainteaser.

'I am the black child of a white father, a wingless bird, flying even to the clouds of heaven. I give birth to tears of mourning in pupils that meet me, even though there is no cause for grief, and at once on my birth I am dissolved into air. What am I?'

Fuck me thats deep. Tickets go for the funniest / most interesting answers.

Hello everyone,

Quick update on what's going on...

1, We are still recording, three tracks done and sounding NICE! we are starting on more in the next couple of days and as Jon said you will get to hear one in the near future,

2, Red List Live was cancelled, (not to much of a surprise) which is very annoying but .... we are playing The Redstripe after party on the 5th May.

3, Guildford gig on saturday was nice and busy and we played chess and listened to Hans Zimmer , turning it off when any one walked in to the room to avoid the embarrassment!

4, Video coming with the new single, hopefully in early June

Much Love,

Roy Keane

Hello.

Loads of stuff to talk about here, the last time we posted a blog for the masses was what... 9 months ago? Obviously alot has been going on since then you know? loads of cool stuff. Though to be honest with you im more exited about what's coming! On february 17th we set off on tour with this wicked band called Pharaohs (for those of you who don't already know, Pharaohs are the reincarnation of this band called hpr, classic). Anyway it's going to be beef. Playing all these great towns and meeting some awesome new people. Good times to be had all round. Inigo has added an extra seat to the van that he bought from a scrap yard, AND he's even fitting new lining for the roof! Handyman for you right there. Not really sure about accommodation for each night though.. bit of a sketchy one to be honest with you. 6 smelly boys on the road for 2 weeks. what can go wrong?

What else.. oh yeah. The search for a bassist has begun! We are stuck for ideas. I really like the idea of just having a band with 2 people, but it just sounds so much better with that extra ummpph, you know what i mean? plus this way i can trully disguise my lack of talent.
Plans for the next 2 months are really exiting. We've been meeting up with managers and talking to pr people. There's gonna be a split record coming out in april with a band called Curly Hair, and fingerscrossed there's single release on the way. If this wasn't cool enough we've got a meeting next week to discuss plans of a video. Very smart.

Anyway yeah, thanks for reading. HIT US UP yo.

untill next time, stay humble. xx

Over the last few weeks we've all been going into overdrive at klaus HQ. For one.. preparing for the london forum show. Which was totally insane. Stepping out on your own in front of 2000 people is something that literally scared the shit out of me. IN FACT about 5 minutes before going on i was close to vomiting. jesus. ANYWAY. It was amazing. As well as all this shit going down, we played at the great escape festival. Great show, great time. I stuck around the whole weekend and ended up seeing some TOP bands. semifinalists, frightened rabbit, laura marling. she was GREAT.

SECONDLY. July 14th sees the release of the debut single. Which i can't tell the name of yet. It's all very secretive. Myself and renowned Unlabel producer Guy Denning have been spending lots of time locked up and hard at work. He has a dog.

That's all for now.
