My mate had a pop at me for not recording anything for ages and not doing my live streams blah blah.  I saw him Sunday at my neices and nephews christianing/baptism/cult membership shindig, I ended up getting very pissed but was adamant I was going to record something when I got home. 

So here it is:  It gets very heavy on the drums and guitar in places, has a little souly moment, some crazy innovators of synths (Silver Apples) then a bit of bongos to end.  I was on the floor of my music room by this time as I feel off my stool.

Been buying up so much stuff that has suddenly turned up on wantlists I have had for years, bizarre Japanese Funk, late 60s soundtracks, 60s Garage, Krautrock classics, Space Rock, obscure Swedish Funk crossover, French Pop/Pysch. 

I just don't know what to grab and play at the moment, new electronic music is just annoying me, so much crap being made and getting released, sorry, downloaded.  I think I may take time out to finally decorate my music room, get my vinyl in order, get the synth and 4 tracker out and see what happens, so much influence but in today's climate you need instant satisfaction, a 30 second intro is criminal now as far as I can see.

The more modern stuff I hear the more I want to head back to discover what life was like back then.

Anyway, my first non music post so I guess it could be classed as a rant.

Due to currently being deaf I have raided the tape cupboard.

Travels was a series of cassette tapes I used to punt out at work and amongst friends and well wishers, I was very suprised at how it was received as people I would expect to throw it out the car window (which happened on numerous occasions) actually enjoyed and still cherish their TDK 90s.

It was back in 99/00 when I put these together so I have started to digitise them and host them for old times sake.  Thought I would put them in a little package of both sides with the t/l & orginal cassette inlay artwork (crudely knocked up on Publisher).
