What are the signs of friendship.  Some would find different signs the appropiate signs for a great or true friendship.  Some would find honesty, loyalty, or even sincerity to be the key elements of a common bond.  But what happenes when these signs are broken.  What if the very thing which one based his friendships and relationships is broken.  Are they willing to endure the path of forgiveness...are they truely meant to be friends if the loyality is broken.  What happens when the honesty gets too extreme for one another and it causes your friendship to dismantle?
 
Some would say there are signs to a true friendship but yet I say it's only one that makes a true friendship stand it's ground.  That sign is love.  Think about it, you can be betrayed but if you love each other then you are willing to take that person back if they are truely sorry.  You friend can lie to you because they don't want to hurt your feelings but in the end, don't you forgive them because you see where they are coming from trying to protect your feelings? 
 
In the end it was truely love that conquered all the signs when Jesus died on the Cross for all of us.  Yes we betrayed him...stabbed him in the back and forgot about him yet in the end...before we even did anything he still choose to die for us.  This is the true sign of friendship...hope you learned something today.
