Jon and singer songwriter Lou Hickey will be playing an exclusive, invite only, live show at Oran Mor in Glasgow, next Wednesday, the 4th of November
(Doors open: 7.30pm).

75 pairs of tickets are up for grabs in a prize draw which you can enter by completing the form at this link.

N.B. Over 14s, under 16s to be accompanied by an adult. This prize draw wins you and your guest entry to the show only, you must provide your own transport, travel and accommodation costs to and from the event. Winners will be notified by phone or email and their names added to the guest list for the show.

Calling all Fratellis fans.

The band is now officially on it's holidays, but will reconvene when the rain comes, ready to take on the world.

In the meantime, welcome to the Codeine Velvet Club.

The elusive and talented Miss Lou Hickey and I got together earlier this year, to record an album of what we like to call "Kitchen sink music".

The album now finished, we're busy rehearsing with the rest of the band; Ross "The Boss" MacFarlane on drums, Will "Blisters" Foster on keys and guitar, Lewis "P" Gordon on bass guitar and an assortment of well meaning lunatics on brass.

We've planned some shows for September and are sounding pretty great at the moment, so they should be memorable nights. Hopefully we'll see some of you there and over at the Codeine Velvet Club website, there should be some songs and videos up there soon and a promise by the band to drop in for tea!

Island Records celebrates its 50th Birthday this year and The Fratellis are pleased to confirm a live show in London as part of the celebrations.

The Island 50 festival kicks off in May with 'ISLAND LIFE', a week oflive shows by Island artists at London's Shepherds Bush Empire, including a headline show by The Fratellis on the 27th of May:

The Fratellis will make their debut on the 'Rock Band' music video game this week with the addition of three tracks to the Rock Band Music Catalogue of downloadable content.

The song pack includes 'Creepin Up the Back Stairs', 'Flathead', and 'Henrietta', all featured on their 2006 debut album 'Costello Music'.
