Not only is Punky hosting KARAOKE, but we are hosting the GREEN STREET MUSIC SERIES rehearsals.
Meaning, the band is practicing on our stage every Monday night. They are practicing the songs of David Bowie, Queen and Elton John for the next show in February.
It's a cool look "inside" the series. Watch the BEST musicians in the city learn and practice for an amazing show.
Doors open at 8:00pm and there's no cover...but bring some drinking money.

Pale Nephews has been through numerous incarnations over the last several years, but the core of the band has been together since the cradle. Brothers Rene, Andre and Marty Lyman blend together a melodic mix of rock music with an obstinate kernel of pop lodged at the core of each song. Their upcoming cd “Beginning of Nothing” gives a nod to their roots as an exuberant garage pop band, with the added benefit of maturity in song writing and a sound that has mellowed harmonically with age. Their songs are guitar driven and exhilaratingly coarse, and Rene's vocal delivery has the strength and accuracy to hold its own between the pulsating rhythm section and guitars.

These guys are coming in at noon today to load in a TON of lights and some pretty old-school "Sir Morgan's" memorabilia for tonight.

It's the AC/DC tribute "TOUCH 2 MUCH" and they're going to be playing the ENTIRE "Back In Black" and "For Those About To Rock" Albums along with many more riff-heavy nuggets.

As I'm sure you heard, back in 1982 the Rolling Stones showed up here at Sir Morgan's Cove and about once a year I like to bring out a Rolling Stones tribute to bring back this nostalgic night.
This year's band, is unbelievable. ALL THE WAY FROM ITALY, The country's #1 ROLLING STONES tribute band "THE STONERS"

Then it's the ITALLIAN ROLLING STONES tribute, THE STONERS!

A long time ago they showed up here in the first slot on a Thursday. I could not believe how spectacular this band was.
For YEARS now I've been trying to get them back in here and finally, they are going on this huge tour (that may be bringing them overseas and everything) and they want to do a "warm-up" show HERE!!!
On a Tuesday night!?!?! Yes!
If you like TOOL and A PERFECT CIRCLE, you must get your ass down here and see one of the most convincing tributes out there.
