well hello all....i am in seattle for a few days. then i embark on a month long tour. its going to be a doozy. but there will be some really fun stops on the way like burlington vermont which i love, and boston mass where i am moving to soon.....so i am looking forward to it. i was just in chi-town (chicago) for a week...there is an amazing resturaunt called millers pub on wabash and adams....it looks kind of sleazy...but the ribs and fried chicken are to die for. i mean real soul food... the kind of place you can only find through a local 's recommendation. well if you have any recommendations for amazing food let me know. i am going to be all over the country this march april so if you see any towns on my tour schedule where you know of some good eatin let me know...k?...i am looking foward to playin in a town near you! right now i am packin packin packin...my keyboard is rolled up in a big foam burrito and its getting ready to be shipped out. and as for flying a kit...ha!.....i know how to stuff clothes and toiletries in a snare drum...what a skill! people have no idea what it's like getting ready for tour. i am in a frenzy FOR DAYS head stuck in a computer and phone calls and bookin travel stuff and my life sucks then i get on a plane and just RELAX......my home life is way more stressful than my touring life. weird it should be the other way around....

ok i am like totally sick of the rain in seattle. throat slitting weather!
we have had like a month straight of rain. perfect for manic depressives and suicides. where's my ark?

headed to new orleans day after tomorrrow. wonder what i will find what i will see. i'm a little frightened. i am sure it's a mess.

i am grooving on the rain in seattle. it never stops. so depressing and refreshing. however. good things are happening. a kick ass tour coming up this spring and timbales are coming to be added to the set soon. see u soon!!!!!
