Unless you suffer from constant debilitating migraines like I do, you're probably not going to care about this... I've decided to start an online Migraine journal or diary for my migraines. The doctors will tell people with migraines to keep a diary detailing the dates & times, symptoms, environmental factors, severity etc. etc.

I've been doing this for years and it does help to track down what your triggers are. Now because I have had a few people ask about such things and I've found a couple online that were pretty interesting I've decided to start keeping my journal in the form of a blog. For now I will only have the new migraine attacks listed, however, as I have time I will update it with the historical data as well.

There will also be some technical information about migraines, medications, triggers and other stuff as I see fit.

Feel free to visit, comment, criticize or whatever. Just keep in mind it's primarily for my benefit, so if you find it useful that's great - if you don't then that's not a problem either.

I would definitely like to hear from others who have migraines as well.

I've been using WordPress for my blogs for over a year now and I've started testing different layout, themes, plugins and all that. Although I'm definitly a geek I've never really been into coding all that much. So I set up another domain, installed wordpress and I use it for testing all of my WordPress hacks and tweaks. Sometimes I think I spend to much time blogging, but that's OK as long as a few people read them. My newest blog is on Yuwie, which is basically a MySpace clone that pays you to use it.

Well it sure seems to be so far anyway. I'm talking about Yuwie - Right now I am still in the testing phase but it does look very promising. Why? Because they pay you for using it. MySpace makes a lot of money from ad clicks and page views, it all boils down to advertising revenue and they don't share. But Yuwie is different in that respect. Yuwie likes to share.

Damn I hate spam! Every where I go I am hit with more and more spam. I have it in my comments, in my email and even more annoying on my websites. I run a bunch of websites and I have spent a lot of time deleting crappy posts and messages form people trying to make money with some lame porn site or penis enlargement pill link. Well who cares. I am so sick of it.
I am thinking to myself - Why do they do it? After all who would click on these links? Who would be stupid enough to do this? Who buys this crap? Someone has to do it though otherwise the spammers would eventually stop doing it. There would be no point in spamming people if they did not make money doing it. After awhile they would get bored with it and stop. Except they are making money so they keep sending the emails, posting the comments, etc., etc.

So whoever you idiots are that are buying the penis enlargement pills and going to the porn sites, buying the damn ring tones - fucking stop already! Quit clicking on the links and buying the crap. If you all quit buying the junk and clicking the links eventually I wont have to deal with the spam!

I have posted a poll concerning Rosie O'Donnell's statements on ABC's "The View" on May 17th and May 23rd, 2007 regarding the U.S. and our troops being terrorists. I strongly disagree with the statement and I am outraged that she made the statement. I would like to know what you think as well. Read the post on Malagent.com and take the survey. A little hint to all you citizens of MySpace land...

My profile is boring, I don't have any special graphics of Bruce Willis or Budweiser bottles. I don't have a scrolling colored background - and I don't have faded pictures either.
Why?
So you, the people of Myspace can read my profile and know where the links are, where the pictures are and so on.
