Bob Dylan's Christian phase was way cooler
than Madonna's Jewish phase, and waaaay lamer than
Tom Cruise's Scientology phase, which doesn't even rank next to: the way coolest of all religious conversions.

the least coolest part about being an adult is running out of jalapeno kettle-cooked chips, and having no mom/car/allowance fer more.

the first coolest thing about being an adult is finding stuff that you've hidden from yourself- liiiikkkke- jalapeno kettle-cooked chips.
the second coolest thing about being an adult is feta cheese (these may be short-sighted estimations).

You may have noticed I'm googling.
In my last blog, i juxtaposed images of the Top 20 most googlied things on planet earth in america, today, with the lyrics to "Be Be Your Love", a song I hadn't heard. "Be Be Your Love Lyrics" happens to be either the 6th or 7th most googled thing ever, today.
This is that song. Those are these lyrics.*
In other news, I've recently changed fonts: Trebuchet Sze 10. Were this actually my space, I'd select from entirely different palette of fonts. However, like Theodore Roosevelt,
* I do what I can with what I have, where I am.

I could take you away/ Pretend I was queen/ What would
you say/ Would you think I'm unreal?/ 'Cause everybody's got their way I should feel/
Everybody's talking how I, can't, can't be your love/ Everything... Everything's falling,
Oh, and I am included in that, how I try to be just okay/ Yeah, but all I ever really wanted/ Was a little piece of you
Everything will be alright/If you just stay the night/ Please, sir, don't you walk away, don't you walk away, don't you walk away/ Please, sir, don't you walk away, don't you walk away, don't you walk away e
Everybody's talking how I, how I, how I, can't, can't be your love But I want, want, want to be your love/ Want to be your love 4 real
Everybody's talking how I, can't, can't be your love But I want, want, want to be your love Want to be your love for real And everybody's talking how I, can't, can't be your love But I want, want, want to be your love Want to be your love, for real Everybody's talking how I, can't, can't be your love
But I want, want, want to be your love/ Want to be your love for real/ I want to be your love, love, love.

Your note has been created. From Moveon.org:
This is it -- the House of Representatives will vote on health insurance reform tomorrow. All signs point to it being incredibly close, possibly even coming down to a single vote.
With the clock ticking, insurance company lobbyists are going all out to stop reform. Please call Rep. Charles Rangel at 202-225-4365 now.
President Obama is visiting the House tomorrow to call for reform, and I hope you'll add your voice to his right away. If you haven't called before, now is the time. And if you have recently called, thank you -- now please ask friends, family members, and co-workers in your district to join you.

Everything we're fighting for comes down to moments like this -- and every second counts.
Thanks for stepping up,

Cuomo Endorses Thompson For Mayor NEW YORK, NY October 30, 2009 —In a surprise move only six days before the election, New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is endorsing Comptroller Bill Thompson for mayor. At a campaign stop in the Bronx yesterday, Cuomo praised Thompson's commitment to reforming the pension system, including adopting a code of conduct meant to prevent corruption.CUOMO: Bill was one of the first comptrollers in the nation to step up and adopt my code, and I applaud him for that.REPORTER: Cuomo's office has been investigating the New York state pension fund. The Attorney General also complimented Thompson for having a commitment to serving working class families on issues like housing and jobs. --------------------------
This endorsement totally threw me. Since when has Cuomo, born
frontrunner, shown any loyalty to the State or City Democratic Party? I’ll
assume this is part of some deal with the White House:
one
half-assed endorsement of a bogus candidate to be announced in the late
afternoon on the Friday before a Holiday weekend
in
exchange for one acting Governor’s head on a platter.
Man, Fuck Cuomo.
P.S. Every
piddling civil servant with aspirations of elected office adopts
a superfluous code of conduct somewhere in their career. 6 days before the election and that's all they got? weak.
