I know everyone seems to be enjoying my longer, luscious hair, but I think, due to the circumstances, I need a change. Probably not my usual short, spiky(ish) hair, but something else that's pretty damn cool.

Anyone have any ideas? Let me know! Post the pictures of what you think I should do with my hair.

Just keep in mind, my hair is pretty thin, so don't go for something full bodied. In case you don't know, my bangs now go down below my nose. It's about 5-6 inches long all over.

Saturday night was the Bjork concert, and this one was even better than the last. Two main reasons for this, the first, of course, was that I was at this concert with Mike, and he was giddy with excitement! The second reason was the seats. We were in the fifth row, probably about 30-40 feet away from Bjork most of the time. We could see her singing and see her facial expressions. Absolutely amazing. A lot of the songs were fairly new, but I liked them all, and it gives me a good reason to listen more to the new CD! There were also some bittersweet moments for me during the concert, mostly thinking about the last time I saw her and the stupid situation that developed since then.

All in all, it was probably the second best concert I've ever seen. First would probably be when we saw Pink Martini with the San Francisco symphony. I'm a bit sad that they're going to be performing with them again when I am going to be out of town. I think Mike and I are planning a trip down to Santa Barbera in September in order to see them play, but of course it won't be the same as with the symphony when we were sitting behind them and very close! The new Pink Martini album is also very good, so it will be nice to see them perform some of those songs.

A plethora of new CDs have come my way lately. I don't know why everyone is coming out with albums recently. Bjork, Pink Martini, Travis, and Rufus Wainwright all released CD's within the past month. Add in the Mika CD I got and that's five CDs that I must listen to often! I'm not sure when I'll have the time!

It's nice getting back into seeing concerts after being away from them for so long. I am also enjoying seeing the smaller bands because you get great shows!

I got tickets!!!

Wait that is not all, let me back this up. The Devil is suave, probobly has a hot boyfriend, and most likely is working on his Doctorate. He also drinks a lot and lives in a warm climate. Also I bet he can get away with excuses like, "it's okay, I'm Gay," I rest my case.

All I have to say to people who feel the need to set their profiles to "friend's only" is to get a life and get over yourselves.

I SOOOOOO don't know what to wear for rocky this weekend.  I've got two choices, hence the Dilemma. 

1) I got some hot pleather pants from hot topic.  Tie that with a black tank and a faux crushed red velvet shirt and some boots.  Hot hot hot. 

2) Wear the red pleated skirt from my halloween costume.  This allows me to wear fishnets and my knee high boots.  However, I don't have a top to go with it, so I'm going to have to look around for one.  I wish I had a mesh top, that would go well with a black tank. 

Hmmm.  I need help people!

Okay so I bowled a 164 last night, seven pins higher than the main man Shaun Mac.  Aww yeah.  I'm cool. 

Not so cool...  no more Monday night Karaoke.  They think they'll get more business from football.  Fuckers.

Okay, so I was watching this movie today, Bedrooms and Hallways, and one of the characters in it said something which really made sense to me.  He basically said, "All relationships end, either by a break-up or death."

I think it's kind of a good philosophy to have.  I mean everyone seems to want to find "the one", and at the same time close themselves off from people in order to not get hurt.  Well, we're going to get hurt, either by a break-up or death, so why not jump in head first and just go for it? 

As a little extra bonus here (since this is virtually a live journal repost), is that I wish other people in my life had felt or did feel the same way.  It might make the world a happier and more exciting place...
