i contradict myself constantly.  i just feel the need to say that. 

the mastery of love:

it's difficult to try to be what you are not.  being what you are doesn't require any effort.  when you become wise, you accept yourself the way you are, and the complete acceptance of yourself becomes the complete acceptance of everyone else.

treat your body with all your love, honor, gratitude and respect.  when you make it your goal to adore your own body and accept yourself completely, you are learning to have a perfect relationship with anyone else you are with.

if you can heal yourself, then you are going to be ready for a relationsip without fear, without need.  if you and your partner each work on yourselves, you will see how quickly progress is made.

Love is compassionate and respectful, but doesn't feel sorry for anyone.  If someone falls, compassion help you to say, "stand up.  you can do it." compassion comes from respect, and is the result of knowing that others are strong enough and intelligent enough to make their own choices.

you are the force that plays with your mind and uses your body as it's favorite toy to play and have fun with.  that is the reason you are here:  to play and have fun.  you are born with the right to be happy and enjoy life.  you are not here to suffer.

Only fools know what love is, because love is a kind of madness.

Perhaps you have never reached the peaks of love, and you have a great longing for it.  You have been in love, but it has never been outlandish, it has never been fantastic, it has never been far out.  It has been lukewarm.  It was not like a fire that consumes.  You were in it, but you were not destroyed by it, you managed yourself.  You have been clever in it, you have not been a fool. And only fools know what love is, because love is a kind of madness.

If you are too clever, you can allow only so far and then you stop.  Your whole mind says, Now this is too much.  Going beyond this point is dangerous. 

Love knows only one experience that is satisfying, and that is to go to the very peak, to the ultimate peak, even once.  Then there is a great change in energy.  To know love once at the climax is enough, then there is no need to go into it again and again.  The experience simply changes your whole being. 

So be less clever.  Forget about cleverness, and be more alive and spontaneous.  Freedom is love.  Love is freedom.  You are both and the same.

everyone needs to recognize ..and i need to go back to sleep.  goodnight.

this is how i want to forever love and be loved-

love without attachment.  love without expectations or assumptions.

i loved myself long before you even existed in me.
and i will love myself (and be okay) when you're gone.  

people worry too much.  analyze too much.  what about just enjoying someones company?  loving them because they are wonderful and true.  loving them as a person. 

live in today.  who knows what will happen tomorrow?  loving people feels so good...why deny yourself of that right just because you're scared of what if...

but it all starts with you.  you, the girl who doesn't love herself enough.  or the boy.. whoever you are.  because in reality.  you can't love another until you TRULY love yourself.  you have to know and believe you'll be okay no matter what, even if someone chooses to not love you in return.

therefore you put yourself in a position of strength, of trusting and loving yourself.  loving another (who is hopefully as wonderful as you are)  is just an added bonus.  :)   and yes, i get hurt, you get hurt.  we all get fucking hurt sometimes.  if it's not meant to be...so be it.  all will only make you stronger. hopefully you'll learn more about yourself in the process too.

there's my pep talk for the day.  i feel good.  maybe you should too.
