While Monique is traveling with the High School Musical tour, I wanted to update you guys on a couple of things.  First, we've added a new link to all of Mo's merchandise from the tour on the main page.  If you didn't get to make the concert or if HSM didn't come to your area, you can still purchase any of Monique's items from the tour.  Secondly, Monique will be doing a blog at cosmogirl.com for the next month, where she will be filling everyone in on the tour, the holidays, and much more.  That should begin today and update every thursday for the next month at cosmogirl.com.  So check it out!  Don't worry though, Mo will definitely be back here soon to check in with everyone.

Hey guys,

I want to start by thanking everyone so much for all of the support you've given me. I love and appreciate every one of you. This week has been crazy! There are interviews, meetings, costume fittings, and oh yeah, several hours of dance with Louis everyday. Louis. You guys, he is incredible. Learning these new styles in 5 days is extremely difficult, but Louis understands that I am here to do the absolute best job I can. He also knows that I'm here because I want to win. I love dance, I love competition, and I love giving my all for something I love. I am so glad that he has pushed me to do my best. It makes me more confident in these new steps I am taking.

Week one was extremely interesting. I was overwhelmed by so many things. We had been rehearsing for a few weeks, and then I had to be in London to launch HSM in Europe. I got back the Sunday night before the show premiered Tuesday! So it all came together extremely fast and, before I knew it, I had already performed and was awaiting the judges' comments. How did I get here and what just happened? That's when I think it hit me that I had just performed on DWTS. At that point, the judges could have told me that I was the best dancer they had ever seen or that I needed to politely but quickly remove myself from the building because I was that bad. It didn't matter (yes it did), I was just happy to be in that moment and proud that I had just danced with an amazing professional for a huge audience.

This week is going to be fun! I am going to be dancing to a number from the HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL soundtrack, so I am thrilled. I am so grateful to everyone who reads this, and I want you to know that I will do my best to keep you guys informed of everything going on over here.
