Spyros Kolelis a.k.a. Mr. X is a Greek bassist, singer-songwriter (also playing drums, guitar, synths), d.j and sound engineer best known as a bassist and vocalist for Greek punk rock group NMD (No More Dreams) and as a solo artist.
Mr. X 's music career began in 1980, as a bassist and singer, first with

Dirty Squatters and then more famously with NMD. In NMD, Mr. X originally supplied backing vocals for front man Aris Zarakas (singing lead on only two songs: I wish from The Mob and Troops Of Tomorrow from The Vibrators).

His solo career began in 1986 after when NMD disbanded and it's heavily influenced by his personal life. He wrote songs with greek lyrics about environment, human relationships, injustice, poverty, the new generation and of course about love.

He collaborated with the drummer Nikos Samiotakis (a.k.a. Von Klauss played in FMQ) in the duet, ΝΕΑ ΤΑΞΗ.

Mr. X simultaneously performed as a dj and as a sound engineer in several stages and music clubs and also in his own Tispinaro club and of course in the famous RODON club.

Today, experimenting with sound, I try to mix electronic music with rock, reggae, greek traditional music, music samples, and natural sounds into new musical forms, always looking for new horizons and with the aim to share my feelings and worries with you.
