He had a life of wealth and privilege he left behind to risk his life fighting to defend others who didn't even belong to his homeland. He could have lived a life of comfort and luxury living at home while donating money and weapons to Afghan rebels, but there he was living the life of a soldier in tents and caves.

As a rich man he could have lived in a city and ordered the rebels to risk their lives in combat, but he was beside his men, being shot at, and in danger with them. Did he live in a special tent, with special comforts only for him? No, even with all his wealth, he ate what his men ate, he slept in the same kind of environment (tents or caves) his men slept in. He didn't just practice Islam, he believed in jihad, and he lived it.

I will not condemn him as a terrorist for a very simple justified reason - ANY human being who is accused of a crime, has the right to be considered INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty. He was accused of being the one who planned the 911 attack on the World Trade Center, but he was never arrested, tried or found guilty of committing that crime by any jury.

America has absolute disregard for the human rights of human beings who live in the middle east. America lets it's soldiers do to Arab human beings, what it would never allow American police officers to do to any American. America protects the rights of it's worst criminals better than it protects the rights of the most innocent Arab human beings who have never committed any crime.

Police officers have been put on trial, some of them even went to prison for beating, abusing or killing suspects. Police departments have been sued and forced to change the way their officers treat suspects or innocent bystanders. Some states even make it illegal for police to engage in high speed car chases to track and apprehend suspects, or to fire guns in public places to protect the lives of innocent bystanders.

There are suspects who are accused of committing really heinous crimes in the United States who have fled into Mexico because Mexico will not return any suspect who might be executed if found guilty of the heinous crimes they were charged with, because Mexico opposes the death penalty, BUT America has never attacked Mexico with its military and started bombing cities or towns in Mexico in order to "hunt down" a suspect. America never violated the sovereign borders of that nation because the suspect(s) could not be found or because that nation refused to handover the suspect(s) to the United States for trial.

It is a sick twisted irony that America "condemns terrorism" but has absolute disregard for brutally slaughtering tens of thousands of innocent men, women, children, babies, pregnant women, weak and helpless old men and women, in Afghanistan, in order to murder a man, to intentionally kill Osama Bin Laden, a human being accused of committing a crime, for the deliberate purpose of denying him the right to prove his innocence at a trial, instead of arresting him and having a public trial so everyone could evaluate the witnesses or evidence America would have to produce to convict him of it.

America and Israel believe that if a man is Arab he is not a human being, with the right to prove his innocence, when he is accused of committing the heinous crime of terrorism. America and Israel "hunt down" human beings they have "accused" who are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY, and murder them. America and Israel also kill many (sometimes hundreds) of unarmed men, women, children, babies, pregnant women, who are INNOCENT bystanders, in their quest to assassinate their intended "accused" suspect (who is INNOCENT until proven guilty).

So if killing INNOCENT people is terrorism, doesn't that also make Bush and Sharon TERRORISTS?

The group in power uses lynching to psychologically terrorize every man, woman and child, who belongs to the group being oppressed, into submission, with 2 messages, "we can commit the most heinous crimes against you, in front of, and by the very hands of, police officers, prosecutors and judges - the authorities who are part of the law enforcement and legal system.

The other message is to the multitude of oppressors in the crowd, "if the police and legal authorities can openly commit these crimes in public, you can also commit crimes against anyone belonging to the racial or religious group we are persecuting in front of you."

Modern lynching by firing missiles from Apache helicopters into a crowd of unarmed civilians, to murder suspects and as many innocent bystanders as possible, is done to make a very public execution, witnessed by a large number of witnesses, to make a statement, that Americans and Israelis are in charge and what is done to punish anyone who is Arab, Muslim or Palestinian, who dares to rebel against their oppressive regimes. It is done to terrify all Arabs, Muslims and Palestinians into submission. To mentally beat down all Arabs, Muslims and Palestinians. The way you tie a baby elephant to a tree with a rope and he pulls at the rope but cannot get free.

Once the baby Elephant becomes an adult Elephant, you can still tie him with a rope to a tree because he remembers being a baby and being unable to break free of the rope, he believes the rope still has the same power. His mind is making him submit to the rope, even though, as an adult, he could easily pull at the rope, break it and go free.

The public slaughter by firing Apache helicopter missiles into crowds, also makes a second statement "You Arabs are less than human, and your lives have absolutely NO value - that's why slaughtering innocent bystanders is acceptable."

A perfect example of this is the attempted assassination of Rantissi which resulted in brutally slaughtering his 2 year old daughter whose body was blown apart by a missile fired into his car by an Israeli Apache helicopter, into a crowded public street with slow moving traffic and pedestrians nearby.

America and Israel also use lynching to desensitize their soldiers so they commit more atrocities and human rights violations by viewing their victims as non human. The same cold callous inhumane attitude the Nazis had toward their Jewish victims when they committed horrific atrocities against them.

By not even arresting or putting Israelis or U.S. soldiers who slaughter suspects and innocent bystanders on trial, or by finding soldiers "innocent", or finding them "guilty" but giving them such light punishments which do not match the severity of the crimes, Israel's and America's military sends a message to ALL their soldiers - "your victims are not human beings, the atrocities you have committed are not crimes, but if, on those rare occasions the military is pressured into putting a few soldiers on trial to make a fake international public relations show, and you are found guilty, don't worry, the military will treat the atrocities you have committed as minor crimes by reducing the number of charges or the severity of the charges against you."

The perfect example of how military trials give sentences which send a clear message to other soldiers that military terrorism and crimes against humanity are acceptable, is the trial of a U.S. Army Officer in 2005 and 2006 for the "death" of an Iraqi General caused by the brutal beating and suffocation in a sleeping bag by four American soldiers. The Chief Warrant Officer who had the most authority in the group, who was "responsible" for what his "men" (if that's what you call the 3 male human beings who committed the heinous crime of beating, torturing and then putting their victim into a sleeping bag where they continued to beat him and suffocate him to death) did, had his original charge of second degree murder reduced to Negligent Homicide and Dereliction of Duty.

What "punishment" did he receive for this heinous and violent murder? Three years in prison, which would end with an HONORABLE DISCHARGE, so he can receive money as a reward for his HONORABLE service, for the rest of his life until he dies of old age, as a pension. The other 3 monsters who beat, tortured and suffocated their victim in a sleeping bag, received less than 3 years in prison. This was a brutal modern lynching because the message sent to every man in the U.S. military was "You can commit the most heinous crimes against humanity and we will reward you, because Arabs are not human beings."

The Nazis brutally beat, raped, and tortured their victims to death in concentration camps, which is exactly the same as the brutal violent beating and torture of the Iraqi General and other detainees in American military prisons.

Because Israeli and U.S. soldiers are tried by a military tribunal, they NEVER have to face an angry civilian judge, prosecutors, or jury members selected from the civilian communities they commit their heinous crimes in, or hear the deep sobs or testimony of their victims or the families and loved ones of the victims they brutally slaughtered.

The Israeli lynching of Rantissi sent a message to all Palestinians nearby and all Palestinians who heard about the attempted assassination - "you are not human, so you are not entitled to an arrest with charges based on probable cause, nor a trial to give you the opportunity to defend yourself against the charges made against you, and absolutely no opportunity to prove your innocence. How does a slaughtered suspect give testimony at a trial he was denied the opportunity to attend?" And when forensic scientists and historians investigate, and find that a suspect was innocent, how do you bring an INNOCENT slaughtered man, back to life?

Lynching sends another clear genocidal message "You are not human beings - it is ok to slaughter as many innocent bystanders as we want to, while we are trying to slaughter a suspect, instead of arresting him and protecting your lives." In other words "If you are accused of a crime we can murder you, if you are not a suspect and you have never committed any crime - we can murder you."

What makes the modern lynching of Israel and America even more heinous and ironic - are 2 "Democracies" using modern lynching to silence the very voices of leaders with the courage to speak out for the majority of their oppressed people. Israel and the U.S. both practice GUILT by ACCUSATION followed by ASSASSINATION WITHOUT TRIAL.

Every regime which has committed lynching has used a label to dehumanize their victims - black American victims were called "Niggers", Jews who were victims of the Nazis were called "under manschen" (which translated means "less than human"), and Arabs, Palestinians and Muslims are called "terrorists". Before Hitler began genocide against German Jews, he began testing early versions of the gas chambers on mental patients - when the reporters found out about it from hospital personnel - Hitler called his victims "the undesirable or unproductive elements of society".

When the Nazis committed their vicious heinous crimes against humanity in the concentration camps, the world could say they didn't know, but now the cameras and the Internet, tell the world about the horrific crimes against humanity America and Israel are committing against the Arab and Palestinian human beings in the middle east - where are the Nuremberg trials for them???

America and Israel's favorite question is "Do you denounce terrorism?" "Yes, I do, that's why I am writing this, I denounce the use of brutal military terrorism against helpless unarmed civilians - I denounce America and Israel's military terrorism."

As a child I was taught that we were "leaders of the Free World", that we had an obligation to liberate all the poor oppressed people of the world who were helpless so they needed us to "bring them Democracy" because we were only there to do good things for them and improve their inferior lives. Sitting in class, we imagined how people around the world wished they could live the American lifestyle (in other words, they looked up to us because they knew that our lifestyle and values were the best in the world, so they wished they could be as great as we were). It never occurred to us that they could have their own values and be relatively content with their everyday lives.

From kindergarten through the completion of high school, we were never taught about the criticism or condemnation of our lifestyle or values - Europeans who pity Americans because our government does not provide free medical care for all it's citizens, Arabs who condemn the sexuality in our TV programs, movies, music, and especially for having sex out of wedlock, etc.

Anyone who has studied history knows that all empires come to an end, although I know this, reading about it, is so different from living in one, while it is destroying itself. Arrogance, inhumanity and immorality, have destroyed every empire since the beginning of time and will destroy America and Israel.

If he wanted to make an exact description of himself, he should have also added the words, ignorant and delusional. Delusional because he wants to be "king of the world"and ignorant because he doesn't realize that there were delusional idiots all through history who tried it and destroyed their "empires". No one can grasp the world with the steel hands of inhumanity before the wrath of GOD pries it loose. The World belongs to all human beings, not the few and powerful who would exploit and abuse their fellow man.

There is a "deja vu" moment when Bush says "we will leave only when the job is done", England made one like it about leaving India - those who are ignorant about history forget that Ghandi replied "You will leave now, you have been here too long."

Rome had the most advanced weapons of their time, they believed they would be invincible and hold power indefinitely ... Hitler had long range missiles ... The Jews of the Warsaw Ghetto and other rebellions proved that a man with his back against the wall has something his oppressor doesn't have - the inspiration of desperation, and the fire of rage, revenge and righteous retribution.

Israel and the United States have this unrealistic belief that technology will allow them to control every human being in the middle east (22 countries). The desire for total brutal domination will result in the collapse of the Israeli-American Empire. The Israel - United States alliance will break, and the Israelites will be driven out of Israel. All the land will be returned to the Arabs and Palestinians, to be recognized as the sovereign nation of Palestine. History will condemn Israel and the United States for their horrific crimes against humanity.

If you think this prediction of the future is pure conjecture, you need to read the Torah.

GOD said in the Torah that HE will punish the Israelites with a curse, if they broke the covenant with HIM, by worshiping idols instead of HIM, and if they did not obey all HIS laws.

Anything that you love more than GOD is an idol, and anything you are willing to do to obtain that Idol, by breaking GOD's laws, is Idol worship. Israel is breaking GOD's laws to obtain power and land.

It is even worse because they are using HIS name in vain - they have committed and are committing pogroms, massacres and ethnic cleansing to steal land from their Palestinian and Arab neighbors, etc. If you have to lie, cheat, kill and steal to get something, then GOD did not give it to you, you stole it.

One of the most basic cornerstones of the Covenant which is repeated again and again in the Torah is the command by GOD to obey all HIS laws. If you claim to have a Covenant with HIM but you break HIS laws then you are using HIS name for evil purposes.

Everything Israelis have done and are doing to violate human rights is absolutely sad because GOD told the Israelites to "be a light unto the world". HE wanted the Israelites to be an inspiration to those who did not know HIM.

There are ignorant fools who believe this life defines who a man is - his money, his material things, his power - look at Bush, a man with Millions of dollars, huge house with lots of land, and power to affect the lives of millions of human beings in America, Afghanistan and Iraq - BUT - when he dies he will have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, standing before Allah on Judgment day with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING exactly the same as the most destitute man who had absolutely nothing in his life - no money, no home, and no inluence or power over anyone or anything during his life - BUT - both men will have 2 THINGS - 2 Angels to read 2 lists - the good and bad deeds that both angels recorded during the lives of both men.

WHO will be destitute and who will be rich in the next life?? The destitute man who held GOD in his heart, did good things and tried to help others with what little he had, prayed, and thanked Allah for what little he had, OR an evil man who had millions he spent to get more money by cheating others, spent his money to get more power, who used his power to tell lies to get more power by slaughtering and destroying the lives of tens of thousands of human beings??
The man who kept Allah in his heart, thanks in his prayers, and HIS way of living in how he spent what little he had and how he tried to make the world a better place even with the little he had - will be on couches, laughing and enjoying the company of believers, with food and drink at his every whim, and any need provided by Allah.
The evil man who had everything he wanted during his lifetime, almost every want or need fulfilled, indulgence in every evil whim his mind and corrupted soul could devise, who kept company with other evil men of corruption like himself, will find himself in HELL - suffering with no home, no material things to comfort him, extreme hunger and thirst being punished for eternity for the horrors he committed against other human beings, but also the wrath of Allah for his total contempt against HIS laws, for his total lack of thanks for the money and power Allah provided which he used to commit evil and to serve Shaytan with. Consider the other aspect of Hell - being in the company of those who lie, who hurt others without any regard for the feelings of other human beings. To be in the presence of Shaytan instead of the warm safe presence of Allah.
I ask the question again, which man is richer? The destitute man who has Allah and a wonderful life with the believers, inshaAllah, or the evil man who has 100 years of money, homes and power, but an ETERNITY of destitution and extreme suffering with other evil Khufars??
