Good Morning kids.

We are having some issues with artist profiles today. If you are unable to upload any new songs to your players or recieve an error after the song processes, we already know about this one. We have our people working on it. Hope to have it fixed today.

We noticed an increase in messages from you guys regarding not being able to revert back to Profile 1.0 from 2.0. We are looking into the issue and hope to have this sorted out by later in the week.

Alot of you have been having trouble locating the new way of switching views. We took the tab from the nav bar and put the option to switch back and forth under your account settings. To change your view, here’s what you do:

1. Log into MySpace and click on My Account (on the upper nav bar on the right)
2. Choose Miscellaneous
3. This takes you to the Settings: Miscellaneous section.
4. Scroll down to the DEFAULT VIEW section
5. If you want to view your friends profiles in Lite View, choose Lite View to show profiles in the simplified view and click Save Changes.
6. If you want to view your friends profiles in Full View, choose Full View to show full profiles and click Save Changes.
This will allow you to always choose how you want to view profiles.

Hey everyone,

Looks like some of you have expressed some concern about the number displayed on the nav bar which is supposed to reflect the number of messages in your inbox. If the number displayed is not matching your inbox this could be because it is now meant to display the number of messages and well as unapproved friend requests. If you have deleted some of the items and the number still won't change don't worry. We are looking into this issue and it should be corrected soon.

We have also noticed that the comment approval issue is still happening for a number of you. We had hoped to have this issue cleared up sometime today. Unfortunately there are still some bugs we are working out. Please be patient while we work thru this issue.
