You guys have been literally watching me build my business, over the last few months. I'm amazed at how things have gone from idea to full on living work in progress! As you can imagine, there are many many details involved with building this project, there is a growing list of minutia. But I wake up everyday, so committed, so driven, so focused, and so dedicated! I just put my head down and keep doing what is left to be done.

What a beautiful side of America we saw yesterday, huh? You guys know I was cheering when The President talked about taking personal responsibility and how a leader is respected for what they can build, rather than tear down! I just love him!!!!

Good Morning Dahlings!

I hope everyone is in the light this morning! I know I'm feeling great and ready to share some of that with you all tonight! It's funny, Monday is turning into my favorite day of the week! I love what I do! This year has already gotten off to an exciting start and I truly feel soooo blessed.

Last week was so much fun! I was buzzed until Tuesday afternoon.... You guys are the absolute best. The calls that come in, the messages, comments and emails are priceless! You guys are downloading the audio files like crazy!! I'm so proud of what we're creating and have created!!!

A really good friend of ours went home yesterday. Heather Philipsen. She was truly and angel on earth. It is soooo difficult to let someone you love go. The only relief is that she is no longer suffering and in pain. The last year and a half or so were very hard on her. It brings those who love her comfort to know that she is now free and unencumbered. Death is hard on those left behind, but a sweet release for the departed.

Go and be free my friend.... Fly free.... and shine bright!!!

A Note to Heather:

Heather My Love, we will miss you terribly. The world just got a little darker without your smile to light it up! We love you so much Heather and are so grateful for the time you were here with us. It is easy to feel selfish and want you here with us, but it is such a relief that you are no longer suffering and free of an ailing body...

The smiles and memories will outlast the tears. Thank you for your example of love, friendship and courage. You are sincerely admired and will truly be missed.

Hey EveryBody!!! I'm leaving this week's WEEKLY WORD WITH NI. The turn-out was so great, last night! You guys are ROCK STARS!!

The Power Party Line topic was: What to do, when you already know what to do, but nothing's getting done....... We covered a lot. I'm leaving some of the best parts here.

Excerpt from last night's call:

... So, just the act of dialing in our double clicking the recorded message stacks up positive energy and positive momentum in your life! It’s like sweeping … Say you’re sweeping everything into one corner. Overtime, overtime, overtime, you’re gonna have a big pile of whatever it is you’re sweeping. Right? So, say you’re sweeping love and light and encouragement and affirmation, overtime, you’re going to live in a lighthouse! Just by collecting those small, sometimes trace particles of celebration and consciously placing them all together where they begin to multiply, on their own … they begin to multiply on their own, because, that’s just what happens when like things come together, they expand. Like 2 angry people or a mob of angry people. When they get together, they just create more anger & chaos & drama! You know. Or 2 happy people or a whole world of us! Creating love & compassion and celebration. When objects or people, with similar energy are grouped, their individual energy is multiplied exponentially and swells. We can create this same phenomenon in our lives. Actually, we DO create it, whether we know it or not. We do create this building effect in our lives. So the key is knowing it, being aware okay? Awareness is key, being conscious of what we’re creating. It’s really very simple. Not always easy to consistently execute, but very very basic and simple.....

These messages are physical reminders and audio aides for attaining massive success. And I’ll tell you why, not just because of the high quality content, okay? That goes without saying, but even as important as that, maybe even more,  is regularly listening to these audios will help you get in the habit of radically positive posturing and focus! Every time you hear any positively charged audios and certainly if you’re attending a LIVE conference, on a regular basis, you are practicing, active positive alignment! It’s just that simple. It’s a great way to keep your eyes on the prize. I will remind you to & it simultaneously reminds and reinforces it in me, as well. So thank you for helping me to continue to grow, too. And, thank you for being a part of this cycle and recycling of love and light and empowerment. It’s like a weekly self-worth & self-esteem workout we do together and then hopefully, you get a couple few work-out’s in on your own throughout the week, and then on Monday nights, I drill you, again!

... When someone keeps asking me or expressing that they just want to know what to do & I know they already know, I know that what they are really saying to me is … show me the easy way to do it! Right? Show me the easiest & quickest way out. Sometimes people even feel like, make up an easy way and feed it to me. And quick, before I actually have to take personal responsibility! You know, hurry up and flip the switch. Say those magic words … presto! Tah dah … You have graduated from the Starting Over house. You know? Whatever. Sell me those handful of magic beans, but please don’t keep telling me what I already know! Haven’t we come up with something new and improved, yet? Is the same old taking personal responsibility all you got? You know what? Can you just do it for me? Can you? Can you just help me figure out a way where someone else can do this for me? ....

To which I just have one quick question, “when you have to use the bathroom, can someone else DO THAT for you? No, some things we just have to do ourselves. Personal responsibility, is a driving force to massive success! ....
