European and US Tour Dates Announced, Australian and Canadian Tours Planned
In case you haven't heard, we've added the dates for our upcoming European and US tours.  We just added a show in Minneapolis for the US tour, so the dates listed are complete as of now.  We're still awaiting confirmation for about 5 more shows in Europe, and will announce those once everything is confirmed.   Additionally, an Australian tour is being worked on to follow immediately after the US tour, and we hope to do a full Canadian tour for the first time ever later in 2010.  As always, when we have info regarding the dates, we'll pass them on!  In the meantime, be sure to check the 'LIVE' section of this site for a full listing of current dates.

Release Date for "Electronic Saviors" Compilation Announced
"Electronic Saviors" the 4-CD mega-compilation masterminded by cancer survivor and Rein-forced front man Jim Semonik will be released on Metropolis Records on February 9th, 2010.  The 83 track compilation reads like a who's who of the current industrial scene and all proceeds fro it will go to Center for Cancer Research and Wellness in Harrisburg, PA.  Among the many artists on the comp, you'll find exclusive tracks from Assemblage 23, as well as 23db Records artists backandtothleft, SD6, and Burikusu!!! 

23db Records Releases Now Available Through iTunes Mexico
Good news for our fans in Mexico!  All 23db Records releases will be available through iTunes Mexico shortly.  Look for the titles to start appearing on the service some time in the next 2-4 weeks.

Pre-Orders for European Deluxe Edition Are Now Open! 
As many of you already know, I sold out of the US Deluxe Edition of Compass pretty quickly. I am happy to announce that Accession Records will be shipping me 60 copies of the European Deluxe Edition on Monday, which means I should have them onhand in a week or so. So I have opened up pre-orders for those on the Assemblage 23 Online Store. The European edition has the same tracklisting as the US version, but comes in a beautiful digipack with 2 booklets. So if you missed out on the US Deluxe Edition or if you're just a collector, don't hesitate to reserve your copy... these are probably going to go fast!

Just a note to let everyone know that the new Assemblage 23 website is now online.  There are a couple minor bugs we need to squash, including one in the store where the 'continue shopping' link sends you back to the 23db Records page instead of back to the store, but for the time being, you can simply select the 'store' menu item again to get you back to the store and continue shopping.  We apologize for the inconvenience!

We're going to be touring Europe at the beginning of the year, so I need to start booking now so we have enough time to get everything sorted. Spark Samples & Pre-orders Online!
I'm happy to announce that I've opened up pre-orders for the "Spark" maxi-single at the Assemblage 23 Online store!

You can hear samples of every track on the maxi over at the LISTEN section of the Assemblage 23 website.

The single sells for the low price of only $4.98 and all online orders will ship a full week early of the September 25th release date.  Remember our summer sale is still going on too, so you can save money on other items as well.

New Assemblage 23 Forum
If you've tried to sign up on the Assemblage 23 forum in the last year or so, you may have had trouble getting your account approved.  Unfortunately, the forum software we were using didn't use captchas, so our approval system became overwhelmed by spambots making the legitimate account approvals impossible to find.  So, I am happy to announce HumanNotMachine.com, the brand new Assemblage 23 Forum run for and by the fans themselves.  Head on over, create an account, and join the discussion!

New Merch on the Way
With a new single and album comes new merch.  You may recall a little while ago I asked for suggestions here for items you would like to see, so here is what you can expect:
- 3 t-shirt designs.  1 for the single, 1 for the album, and 1logo tee that will only be available as part of a special bundle.

- Assemblage 23 1.5" pins

I am expecting to have most of these items onhand by the second week in September, but that's just a guess.  I'll add items to the A23 store as they become available.
