Here's a Fun Article I Did for MF Magazine If you could take any dramatic movie released in the past decade and remake it with a comedic spin, what would that movie be and how would you change it? Terminator 2, I’d make it about one of the Mall Shop Owners whose store was destroyed during the T-800 and T-1000 fight scene.

This past weekend I drove to out to Nevada and voluntereed for the Obama Campaign. I went door to door talking to hundreds of people about politics and it was truly an amazing experience.

No matter who you candidate is, right now is an unbelievable chance to get out and do something that celebrates what this country was founded on.

There is still plenty of time left to volunteer. I've always been a person who has said, "I'd love to help but I'm just too busy" I never realized you can make a huge difference by doing little things. You don't need to invest a lot of time, you can make phone calls from home/office, you can drive out to a swing state and go door to door, even bring food to your local campaign office. All that stuff helps.

Barack's Sitehas a very easy way to find events in your area (by your zip code) and I guarantee that any time you spend volunteering, will make you feel great about the role we each can play in democracy.

Also a huge hats off to all the people who have been volunteering tirelessly week after week to make a difference in their states. I met some really awe inspiring volunteers this weekend who work 9AM-Midnight almost everyday and have more energy at the end of the day then I have all day. These are the people that truly making a difference in this election.

Earlier this week Hunter Stephenson from /Film gave me an extensive Playlist Questionaire..Here's a highlight

/Film: You live in L.A., right? What is the definitive insider or industry movie? And feel free to choose an unrelated film that's a perfect metaphor/allegory.

Paul: I'm new to L.A. I've lived in NYC for most of my life. But based on my limited time here, I guess I'd say thatBeverly Hills Cop is pretty realistic. You come here as a young fresh faced kid from Detroit. Nobody wants you around, but you stay, you check in at the Beverly Hills Hotel, go to a strip club, make some friends, find some cocaine. And then shoot a guy in the head. Finally after you've done all that, L.A. says, "You know what kid? You're okay after all, you should stick around." And you say, "Nope, I'd rather hang out with Paul Reiser."

A few weeks ago, I did this really cool film program that took kids (all under 18) from all over the country and had them, write, direct, and edit their own short. They did everything... from renting the locations, to doing makeup and lights...and they were absolutely awesome.

You can watch the video here...."Some Friendly Advice"

Now there film is up and it is competing against 2 other comedy shorts. If they win they get a computer and a chance to go to the AFI film festival...So let's help them out..

By the way if you don't feel like watchingyou can just vote too
