We have recently openend up a space at Plush Jewellery to any Jewellery designer makers out there who have never shown at Plush Jewellery before.
This follows the success of our existing designers at Plush Jewellery and offers all of those jewellery designers who are fresh out of college, have a workshop at home or are looking to branch out into new outlets the opportunity to show their work.
It is proving very popular with new designers and from the 4th October until the 17th October we are showing the work of pennydog and Natalie Holt

"I work with resin, with an aim to create wearable pieces that appeal to a wide range of people, using high-quality materials.
I make the moulds, cast the resin, then file, sand, polish and varnish completely by hand. Most of my work so far has been made to order and I am gradually builidng a small following online.
All pieces benefit The Retired Greyhound Trust, with £1 from every sale donated. The charity is close to my heart as they provided a lot of free healthcare when we adopted our greyhoud Penny, whom the business in named after."

Natalie Holt originally came from a Fine Art background, as a result, her work is very sculptural. She then completed a Graphic Design degree, specialising in model making and 3D animation. After working as a Graphic Designer for some time, she felt the need to be more creative, so she studied Jewellery at Manchester City College and at The School of Jewellery B.I.A.D. in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
Her style of work is fluid and contemporary, often incorporating clean, sweeping lines and curves. She aspires to make each piece unique by experimenting with the qualities fo the metal by introducing texture, twisting, carving and stone setting. Each piece is handcrafted and can be made to order.
