Ok so this is the majorly condensed version seeing as its been over two weeks since the trip and my memory is horrible to begin with, add to that lots and lots of liquor and we'll see what we end up with..lol
Ok so that Friday my actual Birthday I had training aaaaalll the way in Costa Mesa so I was already like bummed...but anyway I dealt with it...THEN I get a text from Karol saying she cant go anymore and I'm like what?? I almost cried...but things got worked out and Karol was back in for the trip...
I actually get out of training early and make it home by like 3:30ish...so I figure ok everyone coming should be here by 5:30..that should be enough time...well lets just say due to certain people we wound up leaving my house closer to 8pm..lol
Finally we packed up the Expedition and we were on our way...So you might be wondering who is "we" right? Ok well it was Karol, Elmer, Elmer's brother Steve, Jackie (elmers coworker) and Me...we drive and drive and drive and drive...finally we make it to barstow(the halfway point) and everyone gets off for a bathroom break. I step out to put some gas in the truck and holy mother of God is it cold!!!! It was like 30 degrees outside!! For a so cal girl, that was coooold...I had my big ol North Face jacket on and everything...hehe
So we all make it back to the car except Steve. Where is Steve?? This is what we heard "Steve went to go look for some Dick Bags" LMFAO...DICK BAGS??? Is that like a new slang term for condoms? LOL.. anyway what Steve was really looking for was ZIG ZAGS...ahahahah, he finds his Zig Zags and begins to put them into use.. lol ;) We make one final stop at Starbucks for some energy and we are back on our way...
More driving, driving and driving, finally we get to Stateline!!! YAY! 30 min away!! We get off again in the friggin freezing weather and Steve buys the first alcohol of the night..a back of Smirnoffs...hehe Just a little warm up before we get there...before you know it, we can see the light shining from the Luxor!!!!!!!
yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vegas here we come, so of course as we see all the lights everyone gets all excited!!! It took us forever to find the parking structure to Caesars Palace where we were staying but we did and unloaded all our stuff and walked AAAAAAAALLLL the way to the front desk to check in...get to our room and Oooo la la, it was awesome!! We have this huge ass bathroom, flat screen tv, comfy comfy beds, awesome view, huge closet big hot tub, it was just amazing!
So we quickly unpack and start getting dressed by this time it was already like 12:30-1:00ish, and we didnt want to go stand in line for some club so we were like lets just go to Rain, we know we'll get in there...so off we go to Rain at the Palms...no line walked right in and headed to the bar..here's where details get a little fuzzy..lol I think I started off with a Mai Tai, and everyone else had drinks too...Mai Tai led to Kamikazee on the rocks which led to lets do a Patron shot, to lets do many Patron shots..lol Alls I know, is that by the end of the night I was on a gooood buzz...oh, by the way I forgot to mention we had done some hookah before we left to the club so add that to the drinking..lol After Dancing at Rain we were hungry I think and wound up at Dennys across the street from the hotel. All I remember is it being fucking COLD AS HELL and laughing A LOT...Elmer claims we left a mess on the table cause Karol and I tried to scoop some nachos into a to-go box and they fell all over the place..LMAO...I have no recollection of that so we'll have to take his word for it...Finally got back to the room I think around 5am but did we go to sleep?? Hell no! LOL...Hot Tub time!!! LOL The two Rivera brothers and I go into the tub and relaxed...chilled there for a while and finally get to bed around 7ish I think..lol
Next day we wanted to go walk around and Karol wanted to find a gift for her God Daughter...so since no one wanted to get up, only Karol and I wound up going...we had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory at Caesars, then we went to FAO Schwartz and tried to decide what to get the little girl who could be anywhere from 6-10 years old..lol Karol didnt remember..lol..While walking around I get a call from Elmer they were wondering where we were and wanted to meet up...so we meet up and continue on the rest of the day the 5 of us...
Later on Jackie leaves to go meet up with some of her friends...so now it's just the 4 of us..we walk through a lot of hotels, gamble try to win on the slots, get on the guestlist for Tangerine at Treasure Island, go on the Tram where Elmer pole dances..lol We get back to the room and Jackie is there with her friends...Karol and Steve go on a mission to buy some alcohol and Elmer and I go walking on the strip looking for something fast to eat...we settle on subway across the street at some weird casino across from Margaritaville..lol Nothing but old weird people in there...they even had a room for Strip Poker! LOL
Elmer and I get back to the room, and soon after Karol and Steve get back...they bought a HUGE bottle of some orange flavored stuff (vodka?) and begin making drinks...Karol and Steve go into the hot tub to relax for a bit while Elmer acts as bartender/waiter/maid and starts getting ready for the night...I dont know how it happend but the bottle was pretty much gone before we left for the club...
We were gonna go to Pure at Caesars Palace since we were staying there but while Elmer and I were walking around earlier we walked in front of it and saw they had this big ol red carpet laid out and press everywhere and shit, and we were like what the hell?? Turns out it was the Jackass 2 DVD release party and all the Jackass guys were gonna be there...we saw Steve-O while walking thru the hotel and I wanted to go on a mission to look for Johnny and Bam but no such luck...so we were like yeah right we are gonna get into Pure that night...so we just decided to go to Tangerine...
While in line for Tangerine I could tell Elmer wanted to go to this other club, so I told him he could go...for the rest of the night it was just Karol, Steve and I...we finlally get in and we are so the hottest people there..lol ahahahaha we go to the bar (of course) and order a round of Patron shots...well I dont know if this bartender was feeling generous or something but those shots were like DOUBLES!! We went to dance a little then went back to the bar and this time Karol ordered actual DOUBLES and it was like half a plastic cup full!! Oh man, after that I was set..lol it was getting too crowded in there so we decided to leave and somehow we wound up at Mist...(we always wind up there..lol)
Mist was even better than Tangerine! LOL Less people, better music!! I dont know how I got a seat at the bar but I did, then some older guys started talking to us...I think they bought us some drinks..then pictures were being taken and yeah the pictures on my profile of me in the pink dress? I dont remember most of those being taken...lol Then some older hotel VIP Exec guy gave me his card and I remember him telling me that Karol was going to be his date from some fight in May..I was just like uh ok..lol
Man this is getting long....ok so we left Mist....and went back to the hotel...and I shall continue the rest tomorrow....
