Hi all,
Crack (Craic?) PWRadio correspondent and overall very cool news-chick Natalie Herman met up with Kiernan McMullan in Orlando recently and caught an interview with him. The result has been aired and is available on PWRadio podcast #52!
Go to http://pwradio.net and click on the FM section.
Sadly, this episode was a bit disjointed due to my conducting DJ training, however it did feature this excellent interview as well as great new music from Bell X1's very own David Geraghty and from the Elders!
Gowan with yourself...
Shawn

Hi all,
Did you know you can podcast the weekly 2 hour radio show? http://pwradio.net for details!
Just letting you know that I will be keeping
Sunday nights from 8 to 10pm on WQFS, but I will be alternating weeks
on a 1st and 3rd Sunday basis. (Podcast is available usually (almost always) by midnight Sunday.)
This worked out great because,
for now, it is the only time I have available, and they could simply
have filled the slot with someone else. Instead the WQFS Student
management was gracious in providing this alternating option.
The
way it is working out is that when there is a 5th Sunday I will not be
on so every month will see two full two-hour episodes of Paddy-Whacked
Radio! Of course, this will change over Christmas break and again in
the Spring semester, so keep tuned.
On another note, most of the
gear is present in the studio now for web-casting. Barring a few
technical decisions/issues WQFS should be streaming 24/7 very soon.
Wouldn't it be great to listen live? I look forward to international
requests! :)
PWRadio will be broadcast live in Greensboro this
Sunday night with the usual podcast available by Monday morning, so
stay tuned, and thanks for listening!
Shawn

The web site also features a news and review segment by Nathalie Herman, and an stand-alone podcast… which hasn’t been updated in a looooong time. J Like what you hear? Tell your friends! You can also post one of several banners on your website or blog. Check http://pwradio.net/fm/post-a-pwradio-banner/ to see them all, and to get the code. Spread the word! Cheers, Shawn

Hi all,
The PWRadio FM broadcast is on an impromptu three-week hiatus due to increasing pressures of a challenging semester, as well as some planned travel.
I should be back on FM on Friday morning, April 24, with the download available within 24 hours.
In the meantime, check out the latest Paddy-Whacked Radio news at http://pwradio.net/news .
Thanks for your patience and continued support!

“You’re so pretty and I’m so lame,” croons Paul Noonan in the amusing and upbeat new song, “Breastfed.” Blue Lights on the Runway, the fourth studio release from Bell X1, contains loads of great one-liners such as this. . . . read the rest at http://pwradio.net/!
