Les Paul invited me to join him for two nights, two stages each night. What an incredible experience! He is 92 years old, very witty, warm, soulful and a great player! I am singing Summertime. Here he is playing the final note, he played a 3 bar solo ending, Wow what a sound! it was blues, it was jazz and it was original.

It was 100 degrees in the shade and I will never forget these women, wearing their best saris, walking through the fields and down the dusty roads with their babies on their hips. It is beautiful to witness their empowerment and unbelievable that very recently, these women could not even leave the confines of their homes. Now they have found their voices!

This is my dear friend Heike, she first saw me in 1984 in Liepzig Germany with Dean Reed, at East Germanys first Country TV show. Since that time she has been to my concerts all over Europe and even to Japan. When I am in Germany she always helps me as my personal manager. She is a wonderful and kind woman. I'm lucky to have her as my sister in our Rattlesnake family.

My song "Mother Mountian" (recorded on CD Indian Dream) http://www.rattlesnakeannie.com/catalog.htm ,was selected as offical song for the Expo in Japan. I took 23 Cherokee Indian Children from Oklahoma with me to Japan for 10 days. We sang my songs together on stage with Japanese and Swiss children. This was truly a great highlight of my life.
