Admittedly, it is not always easy to decipher whether or not a person who appears homeless is actually a person in need, or just a person who hustles for other purposes. Nonetheless, we should do what our hearts dictate, and not be dissuaded by what someone might do with our good intentions.

A simple meal is a heartfelt gesture. To clear your conscious of "What if they don't spend the money on food?", you can go the extra step and buy meal certificates to feed the homeless.

Fast food establishments such as McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, Pizza Hut, and Dunkin Donuts, among others, all sell gift certificates, and some start at as little as $1. The next time you patronize one of these establishments, or if you are just going passed one, stop in and purchase some gift certificates, in the amount that you can afford.

Then, the next time you see a homeless person on the street, hand them a food gift certificate. It will do your heart good.

Modeling takes alot of dedication you have to work very  hard for it for success.

1. If you are new to the game you have to have to have to work on your portfolio. Doing so you will have to pay photographers and if you are lucky you may get some to shoot you for (tfcd) Trade for pictures and your time, know that those pictures usually will not be Grade A and will not get your far, it is good usually just for gaining experience.

2. Log on to modeling websites such as modelmayhem.com , paidmodels.com, babewarehouse.com to Network with other models, photographers and makeup artists. Also there is a better chance gigs and casting calls will be legit there rather than craigslist though even craigslist sometimes comes through.

3.Alway treat other models, photographers and make up artists with respect not because you expect something back from them someday but because it is the right thing to do! One day they may be the next Tyra Banks, David La Chapelle or Max Factor too!

4. Do not be cocky, self centered or think you are God's gift to models because that just looks ugly open yourself and to others. No matter how beautiful you may be a bad attitude goes a long way and may be the difference in you getting a gig or not.

5. Make a website! I believe solomodels.com has a nice one and .. has a free website that is pretty neat. It shows you are serious and more professional than just a myspace page.

6. Myspace is a great marketing tool! Use it! Add your best pictures , join modeling groups and forums. Check out the classified for ads. Post ads looking for work with photographers and such.

7. Drink alot of water, try to eat every four hours mixing carbs and protein. Add alot of chicken , olive oil, peanuts and fish to your diet they all help attack fat. Also exercise atleast 30 mins every day or days a week.

8. Check my blogs and bulletins daily although I am a model I am also a recruiter, manager and event coordinator and I get tips , casting calls and my own events and gigs that are very worth while and 100% legit.

9. Feel free to email me if you need help with modeling and feel free to email me at  safanovainc@gmail.com and repost and for to those who may be interested.

10. Never flake and be at now show to gigs , casting or shoots not only does it looks poorly on you with that photographer but word will get around and you will eventually be blacklisted if you do it often enough. If an emergency comes up give the photographer enough notice. Also arrive on time and call if you are lost or going to be late!

11. Help out your model friends and photographers when ever you can it is good karma and will only come back to you. So if you hear of a casting that may not work for you but a friend that is a model send it to them same goes if you find something beneficial to a photographer or make up artist.
C.E.O JENNIFER SAFANOVA

Hope this helped!!!
* Last but not least there is modeling work for all types of models regardless of shape, size or height. Promo modeling and stock modeling is great for models below 5'7. Glamour works well for curvier models. There is a fit for anyone!
