Hey everyone... I'm finally back home safe!

Just incase some of you don't know what happened, I got pulled out of Basic Training and got medically discharged from the Air Force after 2 weeks of training. I spent the remainder of my time there in medic hold which isn't that much better than BMT itself. >_>'' In total I was gone for 2 months but I'm back now for good.

What happened is they found out that I really do have flat feet and running on the flat surface with those crappy shoes they gave us made it even harder for me to run and eventually caused stress fractures in my ankles and lower shins. I was also having problems with that injured toe bone from 3 years ago that I broke turing a Taekwondo class...so I was screwed, basicly. I had a real hard time doing anything that dealt with running... let alone walking and marching for extended periods of time. My recuiter made the running part sound easy and he told me that I should have no problem even though he knew I have had trouble with it in the past. u_u''

Anyways... right now I'm job searching. I've already been offered my old job back at BAM with the raise I had previously. :3 Its only $6 an hour, but I'll be getting tips 'cause the cafe manager wants to hire me in the coffee shop this time. <3 which is better. ^o^ Eventually I hope to get a job with the Post Office 'cause the pay is decent and the benefeits are great. I found out that according to them I'm a veteran so I'll get extra points on the test. So I hope to get studying for that exam soon! College is in my plans too. So much I want to do!

Tomorrow is the day I leave for the Air Force. ^_^'' I would just like to say thanks to everyone here for all your support and kindness that you have shown me. This isn't goodbye forever though! I _will_ return ASAP. My sister will be e-mailing some of you my mailing address once I'm able to get a hold of her. Goodbye for now... I will miss you all!!!

I finally did it... I graduated High School!!  ^o^ And now in only TWO days I'll be leaving for the Air Force... woooo I'm so nervous. @_@'' I can't wait to go though, I just wanna get Basic Training over with as quick as possible. Heheh. :P

Today was my Graduation Ceremony/Going Away Party. More people came than I had expected - which was pretty cool. ^^ All my school friends were there.... my main group showed up - Terry, Peyton, Scott and Ben. And then my Mom, my Dad and his wife and my Grandma - plus a few others! Rachelle and I were sooo nervous. She had a few peices to play on the piano and violin, and I had a big speech to make infront of everyone! @_@'' All went well, thankfully. Afterwords the gang and I decided to meet up at Dudley's for a bite to eat... and now here I am typing this as I wait on Terry and Ben to hurry up with their quests on WoW. :P They're so slow sometimes, lol. *bricked*

I think its so cool how God can take a bad situation and make something good out of it. Just a few months ago I was in the position where I felt like there was no hope for my future...I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere and that led to depression. When my parents split up and my Mom moved out I was alone most of the time. At first it really didn't bother me... and it really didn't, but I was still hurt deep down because of what they did. I didn't mind living alone, I was depressed because of other reasons.... but because of that a feeling of wanting to become independent and support myself grew stronger and stronger with each passing day. At that point I was confused because I didn't know where God was trying to lead me. I knew He had SOME kind of purpose for me but I just couldn't put my finger on it - and giving up was NOT a option. Sure I felt like crap most of the time but I wasn't ready to give up the battle yet. After a lot of prayer I began to feel the Lord guiding me towards the Military. Now because of my choice not only have I found my calling but so has several of my friends. Erin had always wanted to join, but she never got around to it. After I joined, it inspired her to chase her dreams... followed by my boyfriend Ben and co-worker Seleena. God has once again moved in our lives and has provided our friend Terry with a place to stay in Longview - my house! Now that I won't be living here anymore and my parents are both gone... my Dad needs someone to rent the place till he can sell it. (like that'll ever happen anytime soon. :P) I won't have to box up every single thing in my room since Terry will be renting, and I won't have to worry about my dog Zelda since Terry can take care of her. So it all works out in the end. ^o^ I'm so excitied!!

 

 

Happy Easter everybody!

My Easter weekend was lots of fun! Almost every night it was if we were having parties left and right. XD We didn't do very much... spent half the time picking up Ben from Wall-mart and dropping him off there.... so boring. u_u'' His car is broke so he has to keep getting rides from me and his friends. *sigh* But thats okay because he usually pays for my gas. :D

Anyways... we also went to Tyler and shopped around some on Friday, and then on Saturday we all got together and just sat around all boring-like. Ben was wiped out because supposedly Chris kept him up all night before, and I was tired just because I'm ALWAYS tired. Scott was busy playing WoW and Terry and Peyton were talking together. We were planning on watching a movie and playing a game but we never got around to it... e__e'' So much for that. Its all Ben's fault though. Today we went to the Easter Sunrise Service and stayed there for a few hours. I passed out some of my old beanie babies to the kids as a special Easter thing... they loved it! Afterwords we got to watch them go Easter egg hunting, that was pretty cool. And then soon after that Ben colasped again and thats why I'm writing this because I'm bored out of my mind. Y'know what? Hes always complaining that -I- sleep too much... and now hes sleeping. >:/ See?

Hes always like...Sarah you always sleep too much when I'm around you... I want to spend more time with you before you go to the AF. :( MORE TIIIIIMEEEE!!!!!! *sobsobsobsob*

Well my Spring Break was entertaining enough... and productive too! ^_^

It actually was a little longer than it was supposed to be, it lasted from March 12th to this present day. Tomorrow will be my first day back...  @_@'' I'm not exactly looking forward to it, Lol. It got extended because my teacher's flight got resceduled and it was too late to make changes to the break so we decided to go ahead and have a long one, yippe!

For most of the week I was doing the same things I usually do when I'm at school - homework, lots of homework! Terry came over three times that week to help me study by sitting down with me and making sure I got it done. XD Somehow I managed to finish up the couple of Chemistry PACEs I had left and three chapters in Accounting. <3 I got a lot of work done that week. We also spent some time at the gym, WoW, and hanging out with Bennie. ^_^ <3 <3

That weekend was my family reunion. I got to take Bennie with me so I could introduce him to my relatives. :D They all liked him enough it seems, so I think it went fairly well. ^^ He seemed to have enjoyed himself too. While I was there my Aunt tried to talk me out of joining the Air Force... grrr, I hate it when people try to steer me the other direction. Its hard enough making the decision, let alone when people try to tell you that you're wrong. She didn't exactly come out and say that but she was telling me crap that like soldiers are poor and have to take hand outs and stuff. Whatever! I've never heard of that before and I know of several soldiers who're making good money. u__u'' She probably heard it from TV or something. Aye. She also told me I should just go to Junior College for 2 years and then go to a University - if I did that Miss Kay would kill me, Lol.

After our little trip was over I spent a lil' more time on homework and then I began to clean and sort out my room. I had no idea how much junk was in my room. o_O'' All we managed was a shelf or two, my anime shrine, and my videogames. (which was a lot of work!) I wound up selling a few things and made some decent money. ^_^ With some of that money I bought Yoshi's Island DS, which is ubar fun! <3<3 Aaaaanywho, thats about the jist of my vacation. That, and a lot of World of Warcrack. XD

Soooo like...I know its been a long while since I've posted something. XP Heheh, I've been so busy. @_@''

It looks like I'll be going into the Air Force after all... its a long story, but basicly plans have been changed and I'll be leaving May 1st. If everything goes well with my foot I should be able to make it through Boot Camp. (hopefully) I need lots of prayer for my foot and that it'll be able to hold up for the six weeks. x_o'' I also know what job I'm getting! I've got Aviation Resource Management. (A.K.A. Operations Resource Management). In other news, I have a boyfriend now. :P I'm going out with Ben (A.K.A Water). <3 Its going on about a month now and we already love eachother, lol. ^o^ Hes gonna be going with me to the anime con this weekend...w00t! I can't wait to go! I'll be going as a girly version of Sasuke... I'll be sure to get photos for you guys. :3

Happy New Years everybody! :D I hope everybody had a great time over the holidays doing whatever y'all did. I sure had fun...I just wish it could've lasted longer. x__x'' It went by so fast! Sunday night after I got off work I headed back to my house where my all my friends were gonna be there to hang out. (a.k.a. my cult. Lol)  My mom was also there... which was cool, because I don't get to see her often and it was nice getting to see her TWICE over my Christmas vacation. =^_^=  The only regret I have is not getting all the homework I had planned to get done, but atleast I had Terry to help me. :3

For New Years we had tacos, which is the tradition in my family and has been that way for several years. We played some SSBM for a bit, and then watched several episodes of Outlaw Star. (A interesting anime, but wasn't exactly my fancy. ^o^'') My mom even let me have a glass of wine since it WAS New Years afterall... and who knew that just a mere glass would effect me, Lol. (I somewhat expected that, since I have like zero tolerance to alchohol since I've never drank before.) It tasted pretty good... and I got a bit "happy" off of it. But once the "happy" part was over I was reeeeally sleepy and grumpy. :< It was a interesting experience. I was wobbling all over the place and had trouble looking at the light...so we all had to sit in the dark, Lol. It was kinda fun... but I know I shouldn't make that a habit so I'm not going to. XD So no worries there. I wound up pooring the rest of the wine out this afternoon so yaaaay for me. :3 *gets cookies*

Aaaaanyways... thats about it, really. We had a lot of fun... and stayed up really late. ^^ The next day we went to Tyler and shopped around a bit, but nothing special. It was actually sort've a let down since I was so tired from the previous night, and everything went so fast... but maybe that was the alcochol making everything seem to go so fast, who knows. O__o'' *going to stay away from that stuff now*

O__o Guess what I did on Christmas day that I bet none of you did... I WENT GHOST HUNTING! XDXD No, I'm not kidding...I'm serious. I went with my buddies to a graveyard behind a grocery store in the middle of town at night. It was so creepy! We took our Pegan friend Peyton along with us since its fun to watch him freak out when spirits talk to him, Lol.

I brought my camera to take pictures thinking maybe we could catch some ghosts on camera or whatever... surprisingly we did find SOMETHING interesting...

My friend Brad (a.k.a. Ice) just left yesturday to go back to TN. He stayed for five days... (Monday-Friday) We had so much fun! ^_^ When we weren't wasting our time WoW-ing, we hung out with my buddies from BAM and went shopping at a few places...I really enjoyed myself. :D It was so cool getting to meet him because we've been friends for about 6 years now... o_o; Actually, I met him just shortly after I met Bevie...so we go waaay back. Hopefully someday I'll get to meet Bevie too... and some other good friends of mine. ^_^ Unfortunitly during that whole week I didn't get any homework done... Lol. Which is reeeally bad for me because I have a HUGE assignment to finish before I go back to school. x_x;;; Argh!

So... for Christmas my Mom is gonna come over and visit me. ^^ Later on that day my friends are coming over for Christmas dinner. <3 Yaaay, I can't wait!
