The band SELLISTERNIUM came into being in 1999 in Bydgoszcz. From then on the group have played a series of concerts all over Poland. In their literary output they have a demo recorded in 2000, a self-release called “Furia” (2006), the album "FURY" (released in 2008 by the Renaissance Records from the USA. The music distributor is KOCH International), and the latest mini-album from 2012. The whole music was recorded by Grzegorz Kazmierczak and Marek Maciejewski (Variete) in the legendary studio “MÓZG”. The band has also collaborated with world-renowned artist from Germany Sara Noxx. The song "If You" performed by Sellisternium you can find on her "Best Of" album. It was released by Prussia Records from Germany. In June 2009 the band took up cooperation with the organization Women In Metal from Spain. In 2010 Sellisternium took part in Abracadabra Gothic Tour supporting Closterkeller. The years 2010 and 2011 were mostly devoted to working on new songs. Sellisternium started the year 2012 with releasing new songs. Two of them - “Piece Of Energy” and “Ad Acta” are used in the Dariusz Landowski film “Ponieść się, by nie upaść” where you can also see the band. The premiere of the film (3o June 2012) at the Municipal Cultural Centre in Bydgoszcz was accompanied by the concert of SELLISTERNIUM. In the rest of the year 2012, there were yet another very successful concerts and the premiere of the music video promoting the single “Ad Acta” directed by D. Landowski. SELLISTERNIUM’s plans for the future? Gigs and concerts as well as recording and releasing another full-length album title BE ENERGY!
