Not sure who's still floating around on MySpace that isn't already friends with me on Facebook, but to those of you who aren't in the loop there's some new plans for a webcomic series kicking off later in the year.

So stay tuned, plans are about to go into full swing very, very soon.

Once again was a blast!

Thanks to everyone who came by the stand in Artist's Alley and got their hands on the cheap and nasty $2 sketches!

I'll do a full round up / post con thoughts and general musings in the next couple of days.

Stay tuned,

- Hayden.

..................................

“Born from a demonic heritage and destined to defend Heaven
itself, Billy is not your typical teenager. Having settled back into a normal
life in the Australian town of ....Walksville....
with his mother and best friends Loren & Blake, Billy is once again drawn
back to the demonic world of the supernatural.....

.. ..

In this final, double sized issue; The legions of Possessed
Townsfolk have taken over the Underworld, Billy’s best friend Loren and mother
Ethel have been captured by the Demonic Horsemen, and Blake has become
possessed by the ancient evil god; Mummu the Deep. But don’t fear; because our
favourite hero has two “Handy-Saws” up his sleeve… that’s right… BILLY IS
BACK!”....

.. ..

The Billy: Demon Slayer series has
been an enjoyable read from the very start, and it continues to be so..”
....

..
..Moya Dawson, www.paperbackreader.com....

.. ..

A well realised character, with plenty of black humour.” ....

..
..Shane Chesby, www.smallzone.co.uk....

.. ..

“I feel that this title has the potential to be something of a cult
favourite in ....Australia....”....

..
..Steve Saville, www.silverbulletcomicbooks.com....

.. ..

“A sort of cheerful
chaos that is worth a look”....

..
..David Carroll, BLACK Magazine....

.. ..

..Hayden Fryer.. created the BILLY: DEMON SLAYER
series to pay tribute to classic cult films, but since its inception in 2002,
BILLY: DEMON SLAYER has gone on to become one of ....Australia....’s most iconic independent
comic series. ....

.. ..

BILLY: DEMON SLAYER is available online from the digital comics website
DRIVETHRUCOMICS.COM (http://comics.drivethrustuff.com)
from the 20h of March, and available in print direct through SIBERIAN
PRODUCTIONS at the SUPANOVA POP CULTURE EXPO (http://www.supanova.com.au) on the 4th and 5th
of April in Brisbane Australia and the 27th and 28th of
June in Sydney Australia, the ARMAGEDDON MULTI-MEDIA EXPO on the 19th
and 20th of October in Melbourne, Australia, in the United Kingdom
through the SMALL ZONE SHOP (http://www.smallzone.co.uk)
and locally available in print direct from the WEBSITE
(http://www.billydemonslayer.com)....

.. ..

Hayden states that, “It
still surprises me; with the impact this series has made to have received so
much support. BILLY: DEMON SLAYER is truly a series that refuses to let go. So
for one last time; this final issue is for all the fans!”....

###

I honestly want to thank everyone who has been involved in the
creation, publication and distribution of this series since it's
inception, most notably the Siberian Productions team who have held
steadfast over the last couple of years through convention, advertising
and editorial support. As without the backing of the team and the
numerous extremely vocal fans we would never have made it this far
through the series, nor be here today to celebrate the final issue.

So that means; no more Handy-saws... I'm going to go celebrate now.

Stay Demonic,

- Hayden.

Okay so I know I’ve been a little quiet around these parts, been a few reasons... the upcoming Supanova Pop Culture Expo in Brisbane for starters, a couple of new Billy: Demon Slayer issues, the Free Reign Project, and this poster/cover...

Once again the brilliant Emma Toia has done an exceptional job inking and colouring over my crappy pencils, so if your a Brisbane local, swing on by the convention this weekend and say hi to the team!
