It's something that's been bugging me.  Many people around me, seem to be unhappy, or unable to make things better for themselves.  I know its not easy, and there are many reasons why.

I don't claim to have it hard, in fact, I know there are waYYyy more people who've got it harder.  Call me a blind optimist but I believe with enough fight in a person, they can achieve anything.  You can't fail if you never quit, life isn't a pass or fail test.  We all end up in the same place at the end, might as well enjoy it while we are around.

All we can do as friends and family is support them emotionally, or any way possible, but in the end, its up to that person to figure things out for themselves.  It sucks, when you want to wish everything will be better for them, but its all them.

I know I don't have it as hard as many, that's why I have little room if any, to complain.

Life, really is, what you make of it.


P.S. Update -

Someone mentioned, well, this happened to me, then that happened to me at the same time, same day.  That's my point, sometimes we don't get to pick what happens to us, its how we react to it, and change it that we can control.  Who hasn't had a share of that in their life?  My close friends know me very well, and the strange curve balls that have been thrown at me. Those negetive things will no doubt stun you, but if you don't want it to keep you down, it doesn't have to.

The desk in my picture that has recently gotten some attention on my main picture, means so much to me.

My dad bought me this desk when I turned 19 because I told him I wanted to draw comics.  It's a bit beaten up from moving it around, but if given the chance to buy a new desk, I wouldn't do it.

It takes balls for your dad to let you pursue your dream as a comic artist and not a nurse a or something, especially someone that was in my circumstance :)  I love you Dad!

Hey Guys,
