6. Family reunions should be mandatory. I think they are in Italia.

8. I'll befriend anyone who touts a "humanistic approach".

9. Give a 10 year old a cell phone.... He'll use it.

10. Just thinking "Im going to be a better parent" counts for something.

11. Inevitably you will have to un-hire someone.

12. Cigarettes are yummy and make you look cool, but they are pricey!
