I've uploaded a preview of an almost finished version of the album title track, 'SELFISH DISCIPLINE'.

We will be performing this live at the Alec Empire and Grendel shows.

I've just finished uploading the latest version of 'Move' - almost ready for the album.  The mastering is a little rough and do bear in mind MySpace crushes music to 128kbps but let me know what you think.

Thankyou to everyone who came to see our show at The Ark in Edinburgh on Friday - we had a great time; the great sound system and tech meant the show sounded great too.

I'm taking part in the Guide Dogs - Le Tour Cycle Challenge on 22/08/2009 to raise money for Guide Dogs for The Blind and I'd really appreciate your support. I am going to ride the Alpine stages of this years Tour de France - that's 6 days of nearly 100km per day - with very few flat bits and lots and lots of mountains!!!! Brutal!!!!!

(To get up to the venue, head inside the pub then turn right, forward a bit then right again and straight up the stairs.  Although it's a pub, it has a proper gig venue with a pro sound system and engineer for the event)
