Believe it or not you actually can find some really good information on the web. While looking around for some new periodized routines and diets I came across a great nutritional dieting "how to guide" by Hans (AKA Scooby), founder of http://www.scoobysworkshop.com. Check out the video below:
You can review the rest of his vast collection of YouTube videos here: http://www.youtube.com/user/scooby1961
Good stuff!
Stephen

Another one trillion dollar stimulus plan? Man, when will it end. Sure, nowadays everybody is an economist but do we really need this. You can read more on my blog at: 1 Trillion Dollar Stimulus or Spending Plan?

Just put in an order for 200 shares of ZION OIL (ZN) upon the opening of the market. I've been watching this stock for quite some time now and believe it will climb much higher in the weeks, months and years to come. This a long term hold at a very good entry point. Check it out for yourself.
God bless and much success.

Last Saturday my buddy Matt and I went up to Sky Dive Hawaii to get our wings. As the good Lord would have it, a freak storm came out of nowhere and canceled our jump just minutes before we were about to board the plane. No bother cause today was gorgeous day to step out of a perfectly good airplane.
Matt flaked today (JK, called into work) so my buddy Jeremy and I jumped late this morning from 13K ft. Man, there is nothing like free falling for 45+ seconds. I wish I had some pics for ya but I decided not to pay the additional exorbinant $100+ for photos, maybe some other time.
I can already tell this is something else I'm going to seriously get into. Why is it all the stuff I like to do costs thousands of dollars?
So, having said that who wants to be my sugamomma to support my hobbies and addictions?! All applications welcome. ;->

I just had the papers drawn up at South Seas Cycle Exchange for a brand spanking new 2009 Yamaha R6. Unfortunately, prices here in Hawaii are pretty ridiculous so I'm paying just over 11K in cash. Oh well. I should pick it up within the next week or so after I get my permit and all this ridiculous military paperwork squared away. Can't wait!

Current financial situation of the nation got you down? Not sure what to invest in? Yeah, me too. I'm not willing to invest anything in the market right now so here's how I'm letting my money earn more for me outside of the stock market. EZ stuff!

So...does anyone else besides me hate the idea of being on the hook for 5 trillion dollars in bad housing loans by irresponsible and reckless financial institutions? I had to blog it so comment at: The Federal Bailout of Mortgage Goliaths Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae Bad Housing Loans
I'm not even gonna touch the AIG bailout...

I don't know of anyone here on Oahu that doesn't like malasadas, so I decided to throw up a quick blog to show people how to make them. You can check it out at: http://howtomakemalasadas. com/
If anyone has any malasada recipes they'd like to share on the blog shoot them to me in an e-mail and I'll post a link from the post back to your Myspace profile if you like. Additionally, if you have a favorite bakery of your own to add to my "Local Hawaiian Bakeries" list shoot that to me too. Mahalo!
