I have received many requests for a more indepth explanation of what the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book is and what it is about, and so based upon questions I have received and also answers within the numerous radio show interviews I have done, I have comprised an interview transcript for all of these questions and my responses so as to give you a more interconnected look into the book and what Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness means.....

Q: Dr. Patti, what is that you most want people to get out of your book Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness?....

Well the book encompasses a wide range of feelings, energies, and thoughts and the intention is to realize that all those aspects ~ feelings, energies, and thoughts, as well as, e~motion which is energy~in~motion that enables us to Step Into feelings, whether this are e~motions such as sadness or doubt that can be transformed into feelings of happiness, love, and light, and this book is a guide to show you the path of transformation within these resonances. For these resonances are all apart of LIFE as Spirit has given me that LIFE is Living Infinitely From Existence and Living Infinitely From Experience, and these resonances are also all part of our souls within this existence and experience on this earth. And each of these resonances are what is arising in this OM or One Moment and if we can fully embrace this OM, this One Moment as this is what the OM and the circle of Oneness that I wear around my neck means, if we can fully embrace this One Moment then that is how we discover the Spiritual Oneness within us shining bright just like the sun within us. We are the sun shining the light as a beaconing lighthouse of Love and of Light and it is through the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book as your guide that you come to R.E.S.T. or Remember, Embrace, and Soulfully Treasure the soul of who you are.....

It is a resonance that is free from being something that is "out there" for it is something that is within. And the way to discover what is within is free from us somehow attempting to "reach for", "search for", or "find" a particular experience, it is simply a way of BEing and a way of BEing within fully embracing this experience right now in this OM, this One Moment, right now, whatever this experience is…whether it something that we think is meant to be a certain way or not. Through Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness we come to know that we are free from thinking in each moment, we are simply BEing, simply experiencing and that "thinking" this moment "should be a certain way" is a way of BEing that is of The Ego Self of the Soul. Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness shows you the path of Oneness thereby transforming The Ego Self into the soul of who you are in each OM, each One Moment.....

And when we fully embrace what is occurring in the OM, the One Moment, there is a sense of serenity, a sense of flow just like the rivers and seas flow, a sense of non~resistance and non~attachment to the outcome. Embracing the OM, the One Moment is free from time or space and thereby we are free from reaching for the illusions such as the past or the future or worrying about the past of future, for we are simply BEing and embracing the One Moment in this moment, and then in this moment and then in this….....

Embracing the OM, the One Moment also brings with it a sense of passion because when we are fully engaging in the ..OM.., the One Moment, whatever that moment gifts us, there is a resonance of excitement, of infinite creation, of awe, and of wonder of it all. For in the ..OM.., the One Moment, we view it with such awareness and presence. It is a realization then that everything we have been "looking for" or "reaching for" or "searching for" is right here in this OM, this One Moment all along:) And in fact the looking, searching, and reaching is actually the illusion creating another illusion called "a problem". For it is the "looking", the "searching", and the "reaching" that keeps us from engaging fully in the OM or the One Moment. For whatever is occurring, is occurring in this moment, right now, and so therefore whomever we are choosing to BE and whatever we are choosing to do is what we are to BE and do in this moment called dobeingness.  Whatever it is that we desire to create, beit a relationship, a way of BEing, a way of life, livelihood, whatever it is we desire is created right now in the OM of the One Moment by engaging in this OM fully, wholly, perfectly, and completely. ....

Wherever you are in this moment, in whatever manner your life may seem it is always occurring right in this OM, this One Moment, so the moment to begin and BE is now in this ..OM.., this One Moment. Begin is BEing with the letters simply turned around, and when we find our soul in moments of illusions of being turned around, or upside down or sideways in life, simply remember in the OM, the One Moment to turn the letters around and shift from begin to BEing. Begin to BE.....

I know you asked what is it that I most want people to get out of my book, I want each soul on this earth to know that this book is free from being my book and it free from being about what I want you to get out of this book…this book is a gift to you, to the world, to the universe, as gifted through Spirit given in my hands, and yet its wisdom is the wisdom is of the Universe, of All That Is. In as much it is what you choose to receive from it is what will come from this book rather than what I desire for you to get out of it:)....

Q: Patti, how did you know that now is the right moment to come out with the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book?....

For me, for a while I went into what Spirit and I call as the spiritual closet, in fact for many earthly years I would flit back and forth, in and out of this spiritual closet, removing myself and my soul from the world so to speak, delving into what we call on this earth of duality as the negativity of life and of the rabbit holes of ego. I was hiding in the spiritual closet, hiding my light in an attempt to be small. I actually speak quite frankly and at length about this within the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book.....

Then one earthly day, Spirit came to me and gave me the wisdom of what NSWE means. We are believe that these are the four directions, North, South, West, East, and this is SO, or Spiritually One. And yet, Spirit also shared with me of the NSWE meaning the concept of No Separation and Wonderous Enlightenment, whereby when we Step into this Oneness, there is free from being any concepts known as separation that separation is that of the Ego Self part of the Soul that we created back when Lemuria shifted into Atlantis, when singularity shifted into duality and then into multiplicity simply because we chose to experience something other than singularity. There IS, an Infinitely Spiritual unity, a oneness, an inner connectedness to all of life. And when we come to see that really, we are all One, then the WE or Wonderous Enlightenment of all, for all, with all, and within all is then BEing experienced and expressed. It was upon this soulful realization, I realized that I was free from having to try to separate myself and my soul from anything because even if I tried, which I had been doing all those earth years, that I was free from being separate or alone, as I Am and We Are One and connected to all, of all, with all, and within all. I Am and We Are free from separating our souls from all, especially life, for we are All That Is, We are LIFE. ....

I Am, We Are the nature, the energy, the sun giving birth onto itself renewing the spring of All That Is you see and experience before you in this moment. We are all part of the energy that is arising within the universe right at this moment. The heat and fire of Light's essence releasing and transforming into the Love of All That IS, as all IS Infinitely Spiritual; Free from any highest or lowest good...for in Spirit there is simply what is...duality is born of high/low, good/bad, up/down…It is in Spirit we come to know, remember, embrace, and soulfully treasure simply what IS:) that I Am, We are all manifestations of the Divine Master Artist we call as Spirit within this Artists canvas created as Love and Light manifest. And as such, our very BEing, our essence, and our existence is to simply BE the Love and the Light we are. This is why the song that my spiritual partner Chris Madsen and I have created called I Am, We Are is indeed so beautiful. Its words are so simple and yet it expresses the ultimate experience and expression of this Love and Light of the I Am, We Are.....

We are all individually unique and different infinite manifestations of the universe of All That Is, of this Love and of this Light, all with beautiful, wonderous enlightening ways of BEing, gifts, and talents to share and yet we are all One just the same.....

It is these realizations that created a feeling so infinitely expansive within me that I feel compelled to share this wisdom with all. Spirit came to me saying that this wisdom is of the universe and for the universe and that it is meant to be shared, remembered, embraced, and soulfully treasure by all as it is of all. And that me playing small and hiding in the spiritual closet was free from serving the benefit of my soul and all souls. That we are all meant to shine our light, including me. And thus, I knew that the ..OM.., the One Moment is now, this moment, to share this wisdom within this book called Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness of my personal journey of transformation and also the wisdom of the universe so that you too can step into and BE this Oneness.....

My motivation, passion, and intention is simply to share this wisdom with all whom are ready to hear this wisdom, to all whom are ready to listen and to remember it, embrace it, and soulfully treasure within it. And it is really interesting is that the souls whom are ready to embrace this appear exactly at the moment they are meant to. If you are watching this video or reading this transcript of this interview, then this means that your soul is one such soul who is ready to Step into this Spiritual Oneness. And since I feel called to share what I am meant to share, there are others like you who feel called to help me to share this wisdom with all and also to share your own love and light through your infinite creations. It is the wisdom of the universe that inspires us to BE and do so. And there are infinitely others who feel called to simply listen to it. There is a whole symphony then of harmonizing instruments of those sharing, listening, helping, and inspiring that creates our universe of Love and Light that I Am and We Are. And the sympathetic resonance of music we all create is simply awe inspiringly beautiful in its composition. ....

The intention of Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness is to connect with you on a heart and soul resonance that allows you to open up and BE the soul of who you are. Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness is a journey of peeling the layers upon infinite layers of the onion you are, delving into and through these layers such as energetic patterns, axioms or beliefs, that are within you that you chose unconsciously in this life experience and infinitely others that has caused you within playing this game we call LIFE, to forget the Love and the Light you are. In peeling those layers back by delving right into the heart and soul of them, we come to the inner core of that onion which is your soul, the Love and Light you are thereby giving its illuminessence life. It is really free from being about what one can expect to find within the pages of the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book in as much is what is the intention of BEing within the One Moment where the Love, the Light, the Peace, the Bliss, and the Oneness resides that you desire to bring into the reading of this book and how much you are willing to and actually BE the change you desire. You know Gandhi said it best when he said "BE the change you wish to see in the world". If you desire to transform your life, the wisdom of that one step, just that one step into Spiritual Oneness will BE there for you if you choose it.....

It is that you know that you don't know what you know. And when you are within the resonance of embracing the unknown fully, wholly, perfectly, and completely then you can really take in the wonderous enlightenment and miracles of this ..OM.., this One Moment. The book is an experiential retreat into the soul of who you are, into opening up and stepping into the awe inspiring wonderment of the ..OM.., the One Moment. There are various ways of doing and being this as there are things that are strategically placed within the chest of treasure the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book is. The book calls into question things such as   "Who am I? Why am I here? What is the meaning of life? Why do I keep repeating the same patterns and how can I change them? Why am I free from being able to have the life that I have always dreamed of and what is stopping me from having this? How do I meditate? What is an Aura and how do I see one? How can I come to a sense of Well-BEing physically and spiritually? Within the realm of the writing, there are a whole range of layers of experience and expression and the whole idea is to realize that everything and everyone is an infinite experience and expression of the Divine, of the Master Artist we call as Spirit. And to engage, to play, to harmonize to the melodious musical melody of each resonance of that expression and experience is to BE the GOD or the Gift Of Divinity you are. You know, as Spirit often communicates, channels through me through the uses of acronyms, the GOD acronym was actually given to me the moment I conceived my middle son Matthew. For name Matthew actually means Gift Of Divinity and the moment of his conception on the Winter Solstice I was given this wisdom of what GOD really means. And each moment I look upon my son I am reminded of this and reminded of the GOD or Gift Of Divinity within all. The Gift Of Divine Love and Divine Light he is, and we all are. Each soul, each thing, each animal, each tree. Even "things" we consider as an inanimate object has a spirit, has a name, to quote the song Colors of the Wind from the Pocahontas movie, which incidentally is one of my favorite songs. I actually write of my experiences as a child of the soul within inanimate objects within the pages of the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book which is an enlightening piece in and of itself that may call to you to read. ....

So to engage, to play, and to harmonize within the symphony of the soul, of the heart, of the heart of the soul of the OM, the One Moment, which is that of the Love and Light you are is how we experience a life calmer, compassionate, meaningful, full of purpose and in spirited or inspiration and ultimately, blissful in its infinite creations and experiences. ....

Q: The Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book is quite a lengthy read, what do you say Dr. Patti, to those people who comment about such things?....

Well, first I will say that there are many a books out there that are quite lengthier than the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book is. I have seen and read some spiritual books that have been in upwards of 1,000 pages or more. Even such a popular book as the Harry Potter series has books in upwards of these amounts of pages. Thus, the approximately 400 plus pages that the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book is is free from mattering in the sense that when you are passionate about something or someone, that passion is timeless just as we are in Spirit. Think a moment about a really good book you have recently read or about an experience you had where you went somewhere and simply thoroughly enjoyed the event or a good movie you recently watched. Did you worry about looking at the time or how long it took? Did you worry about how many pages there actually were? Were you not in a space of "Oh wow! Is it over already?! I was having such a good time!" When we are enpassioned by something, we fall in love with it, with its essence, and therefore the illusions of time and space simply fade into infinity, into the ..OM.. actually, the One Moment. That ..OM.. is the place of resonance I invite you to read the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book from.....

Normally, when you read a book, it is linear in its expression, something that takes you from point A to point B to Point C and so on. There may be things within the reading of the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book that you may be free from understanding and this is ok, this is good. It may be seen as too long of a book or too hard to read, simply if we attempt to read this through the eyes of the analytical mind. Spirit invites you, and I invite you to read the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book through the souleyes; the eyes of the heart of the soul. F.E.A.R. is  simply that we are Forgetting that Everything's Always Revolving; that I Am, you ARE, and We Are always, In All Ways Revolving, A Revolving Experience of the Love and Light, the Spiritual Oneness that you ARE, that you have just simply, as simple as, forgotten this. That this e~motional response is the energy~in~motion as an invitation from Spirit, from your Spirit, to R.E.S.T. ~ To Remember, to Embrace, and to Soulfully Treasure that you ARE this light, you ARE this Oneness. So know that this e~motional response is perfect, whole, and complete simply as it IS Infinitely Spiritual. Know that you are simply choosing to continue to process the energy~in~motion of earth dimensional duality and directionality that is called the past and the future. And when you have chosen to shift the energy~in~motion of earth dimensional duality and directionality into One as Multi~Dimensional Infinite Possibilities, then you will shift into Spiritual Oneness, into the ..OM.., the One Moment. The One Moment of Absoulute Love and Infinite Light that I Am, you are, and We Are.....

Q: So in the book Dr. Patti, you speak a lot about spiritual and physical nature, a lot about soul traveling, about the nature of our physical and spiritual essence, as well as, the earthly nature of LIFE, how have you been so inspired?....

First, let me share with you, take a moment to look around you, is this not a sight of beauty to uphold? Is this here in this moment not a source of BEing in spirited or inspired:)? Inspiration or BEing in Spirit is actually who you already and always are! And when you tap into this infinite well spring, miracles occur, some moments of miracles of things that you may have thought impossible. For in thinking impossible, so it is. And yet, rather than our thoughts which reside within the ego, if our thoughtenergy or the energy within the thoughts is of the infinite well spring of Love and Light, the impossible, transforms into BEing I Am Possible:) Nature in and of itself is full of this inspiration in each moment you are present within its essence. If we are choosing to be within the illusions of what we call on this earth as the past or future, worries or doubts, fear or anger, we are free from being fully present within nature and then appear to lose sight of what magic is there right in front of us all along. ....

It is a matter of if and how we are within choosing to be in tuned or within our intuition of the present moment. When we are present in the moment we begin to see so many wonderous and miraculous things and it can even be the smallest things, in the book I share of the wonder of children and how they are in the moment of the awe and wonder of it all and I share analogies and epiphanies about eating a blueberry or how to see a spoon as free from being just a spoon and such things. Even the small things can bring you to a sense of child-like wonder and awakening the Spirit within you. And the realization is that this nature is always, in all ways, within you. When I was recently visiting Zion National Park in Springdale Utah I experienced this quite profoundly and out of it came the most incredible channel and also subsequent DNA activation meditation that I just recently released on audio and so to be DVD and the message from that channel was indeed what I already and always knew and know which is that the home of Lemuria, the home of Zion and its beauty and the beauty and home of nature is always within, in all ways.....

Spirit and the wisdom and my ever constant connection in love and light with the Master Artist of All That Is inspires me. The book Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness is really the universes wisdom given through my hands to all and is free from being about me or a book that is mine. My physical name is upon it as such is the paradigm we reside within at this earthly time in our evolution yet the wisdom is free from being mine, which is why I say that Spirit shares with us or The Infinitely Spiritual Light BEing or All That Is and such is sharing with us. For I am One, We Are all One with the Universal Source of All That Is and it is from this inspiration and the inspiration of my connection of other soul here on this earth, that inspires what channels through to inspire you!:) Inspiration begets inspiration, love begets love, light begets light, and Oneness begets Oneness. It is an infinite circle. ....

There are those who will say that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, and this is so. Yet, Spirit shares with us that this statement is free from completing the circle. For we are all Spiritual Light BEings choosing to embrace a human experience and in choosing to embrace such a human experience, we remember, embrace, and soulfully treasure within the Spiritual Light BEing we are. It is an infinite circle ~ An infinite circle of Love and Light which is the source of all inspiritedness or inspiration. THIS is where I am and We Are inspired:)....

Q: So the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book has been out for a while now and it has been getting great reviews, for the people you've met, who has been the most memorable in relation to how the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book effected them?....

Wow, well, I would say actually that there have been so many souls whose lives have been touched, moved, and inspired by the wisdom within the book, I have received thousands of letters to this effect. For the wisdom within this book, within the spiritual readings, healings, circles, and mentoring that I give through Spirit's wisdom to each soul, many have said that it is free from beyond description as to how to express the utter gratitude that this wisdom has opened their lives in a way so profound that it is difficult to express.....

Yet I would say that the most profound experiences of those whom the wisdom within the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book has brought comes actually within the two very key souls who are actually written within the book itself. Jenn and Jim are the souls whose lives I feel have been most profoundly affected by Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness. Jenn, she is an amazing woman and her story written within the pages of the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book is an inspiration all on its own. Jenn began coming to our spiritual circles and after about a couple of months had been told that the physical body her soul resides within was diagnosed with an in operable brain tumor and that she was given about 3 to 6 months to live. Her story and how she came into spiritual and physical healing through the wisdom of the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book and our spiritual circles is utterly amazing. Suffice it to say that she now 3 years later is still with us and in fact I just heard from her recently that she is actually engaged. So for her awe inspiring story alone is worth reading this book.....

And Jim, he was and still very much is an amazing soul. I say was only because he in the fall of 2005 chose to transform his essence back into Spirit and is now with us in this way rather than physically upon this earth. Jim's story too is within the pages of the book, and being a Spiritual Minister, I actually had the honor of officiating over his memorial service by the request of his partner Toni. I will be free from going into too much more detail about Jenn and Jim only to say that both of their stories alone are enough to touch, move, and inspire you to transform your life.....

There have been so many cases like this where souls are free from thinking that hands on healing/spiritual healing would work. The thing is, that we are free from thinking when it comes to healing. For healing is based upon belief and also within energy rather than thinking. This is why Spirit channeled through my hands that of the term thoughtenergy as this means the energy of our beliefs formed within what we call on the earth as the earthly term of thought yes, however it is really BEing energy through feeling. When a soul feels the incredible infiniteness of this source energy they then believe it is possible to heal and it is within this belief that a miraculous healing is then possible.  I or any soul as being a clear channel of healing love and light brings in the energy and it is the soul who is requesting the healing who is to believe a complete healing is possible for the true miracle of healing to occur. Such is the case for both Jenn and Jim within various ways. I was and our spiritual circles and the wisdom within the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book at those moments were and are simply the clear channel of healing love and light for these miracles, it is the soul requesting and believing within a complete healing possible that creates the healing. We all possess within us the ability to heal our souls, it is that some moments it takes another soul or a book to be that clear channel for us to open us up to remembering, embracing, and soulfully treasuring within that for the healing to occur.....

True miracles require this force called Faith. And yet there is a catch 22 within this if you will.  To obtain this unshakable faith, one is to have created true miracles.  Witnessing a miracle is free from being enough to create unshakable faith.   It is when you create them that your faith, your belief reaches cosmic proportions. We all have created these miracles in this life experience. Simply by the fact that we birthed our soul into the world within physical form. There are also other infinite ways we have created other miracles as well. Each moment you have given a hug to another who is down and needs one, you lighten their soul and spirit and this is a miracle. Or the smile to the soul walking down the street that changed their life by brightening their day for you may be free from knowing that this soul was having a challenging day, this too is a miracle. Every nuance is a miracle. Once we know this within us that we are always creating miracles, this is when the miracle of healing occurs.  ....

Q: How has this book changed your life, and the ability to share this wisdom with others in the world, how has this affected your journey? ....

Wow, what a question. I think more poignantly is how has it not affected me or in how many ways has it changed my life! LOL! :) The ability to see the look in people's eyes to know that this wisdom has transformed their lives is awe~inspiringly beautiful and it just brings me to tears. In my own life personally, I have gone from a soul who was very angry and very good at playing being a victim for many years and that anger, that playing victim presented itself within being spiritually unhealthy and within physical dis~ease or being ill at ease with one's soul. Conventional medicine diagnosed this physical body of which my soul resides within with many dis~eases over the years from PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Dis~ease) to endometriosis to more recently five years ago Lupus and a rare and fatal blood dis~order. ....

After spending four months in bed straight feeling sorry for myself and angry at the world and everyone in it (which by the way I did the whole being angry at the world and everyone in it not just for those four months, in fact I got really good at it over a period of years), one day I received a message from Spirit that said, why are you choosing to attract this into your life? Do you not know that you are a whole, perfect, healthy and complete being simply as you are? And from that moment on my life was changed. I began pouring over years of channelings that I have transposed and new wisdom also came flooding in. A new way of being in my life began to shift and take form. A remembering of my soul, of who I really am and of how to transform and shift my life from being this victim into the love and peace that I so desired.....

From a Spiritual standpoint, I stopped playing the victim and came to see the gift within the events brought into my life. I have gone from being a woman who was so sick I could not get out of bed to drive to the store down the street, to a woman who got out of the spiritual closet and is living and BEing a life that is of the Love, Light, Peace, Bliss, and Oneness that is within wisdom of the pages of the Stepping Into Spiritual Oneness book. From a physical standpoint, all of the dis~eases that conventional medicine diagnosed me with are now gone, because I am free from attracting that energy in my life. Physically, I went from being a size 4X to now as of this letter a size Large. This was accomplished free from "dieting" but rather transforming my life physically from what it was I was eating and how I was damaging the physical body, to infinite vibrational healing and well~BEing. This is all with the wisdom that came through Spirit given in my hands. And in each moment I have to share this with others here on this earth and to see their lives transform and such miraculous things such as what has occurred for Jenn and thousands of others whose lives have been touched by this wisdom and this book, it brings such joy and love to my heart and to my soul I am free from really being able to express. Once upon a time, there was a farmer in the central region of China. He didn't have a lot of money and, instead of a tractor, he used an old horse to plow his field.

One afternoon, while working in the field, the horse dropped dead. Everyone in the village said, "Oh, what a horrible thing to happen." The farmer said simply, "We'll see." He was so at peace and so calm, that everyone in the village got together and, admiring his attitude, gave him a new horse as a gift.

Everyone's reaction now was, "What a lucky man." And the farmer said, "We'll see."

A couple days later, the new horse jumped a fence and ran away. Everyone in the village shook their heads and said, "What a poor fellow!"

The farmer smiled and said, "We'll see."

Eventually, the horse found his way home, and everyone again said, "What a fortunate man."

The farmer said, "We'll see."

Later in the year, the farmer's young boy went out riding on the horse and fell and broke his leg. Everyone in the village said, "What a shame for the poor boy."

The farmer said, "We'll see."

Two days later, the army came into the village to draft new recruits. When they saw that the farmer's son had a broken leg, they decided not to recruit him.

Everyone said, "What a fortunate young man."

The farmer smiled again - and said "We'll see."

Moral of the story: There's no use in overreacting to the events and circumstances of our everyday lives. Many times what looks like a setback, may actually be a gift in disguise. And when our hearts are in the right place, all events and circumstances are gifts that we can learn valuable lessons from.

As Fra Giovanni once said:

"Everything we call a trial, a sorrow, or a duty, believe me... the gift is there and the wonder of an overshadowing presence."

This Metaphysical Meditation Monday's focus is on reflection....

In reflecting and journaling this evening, I came to remember many of the words of wisdom that I have shared with my children over the earthly years . While I am sure there are many more than what is written here, as I began to journal them, it came out in a little diddy of a poem and well, here it is....

Something that I have always shared with you is............

That you are a beautiful Spiritual BEing of Love and Light choosing the human experience and in choosing to experience BEing in human form, your remember, embrace, and soulfully treasure the Spiritual BEing of love and light you are:)........

That you are loved in each moment for you ARE Love. This is from which you were created and came from is this love. You are always loved and love in each moment.........

The OM is really the One Moment, the Orgasmic Moment of life in which we fall in love with life and all within the universe in each moment.........

The ..OM.., the One Moment is all we have, so cherish this ....OM...., this One Moment for it is free from ever BEing again........

That money is easy to come by and you will be a huge success in whatever it is that you choose to do and BE........

Even if my life has been a struggle with money, this is simply an illusion because my parents were free from sharing with me such wisdom that money is easy to come by and therefore I believed it was hard, and so my belief created my experience ........

My parents were free from knowing any better for they were only following the energetic patterns brought forth to them........

And I love my parents and thank them for everything and especially for what they brought in the way of these patterns ........

For because of the field of duality we live in at this moment which is subject to change of course, sometimes people come into our lives to show us the opposite of something so we can come to know what is really so or true from within us ........

You are here, as I am to break these patterns, transforming these patterns into love and light and a new way or another way of BEing other than that of these patterns........

To always know that your beliefs, thoughts, and ways of BEing in life create your experiences........

Life is what you choose to make of it........

To love fully, wholly, completely, and perfectly in each ....OM...., each One Moment........

Always love freely, free from conditions, judgments, or perceptions, for this is what unconditional love or soulful love, abSOULite Love really means........

Give a smile to another soul on the street when passing them, even if they are free from smiling back, for a simple smile will always make another's day........

Give of your heart and your soul in selfless love always, in all ways........

BE there for another soul within compassion, meaning BE there for another, simply BE there without trying to change or fix another. For this is the most loving gift we can give........

Always for give or give thanks for all experiences in life, even ones we think are "bad" experiences, for these experiences are really free from being good or bad, right or wrong, they just are experiences. It is our perceptions of those experiences that create what we believe about them. So each each experience, each soul as a gift and in that you will always be free........

You are as free as you believe that you are........

It is within giving that we receive........

As Ghandhi says "BE the change you wish to see in the world"........

To always follow your heart and do and BE what you are passionate about........

Remember to Follow your bliss........

You can do and BE anything you desire to do and BE........

Miracles are free from being just happenstance. Miracles occur all the time. Look at the flower blooming, or the bunny eating the grass on our lawn, these are miracles. Each thing, each soul is a miracle........

Miracles occur because you believe and because you have always been creating them since you came here into this life. The mere fact that you created and gave birth to you in this life is a miracle that YOU created, so you can always, in all ways create miracles any moment, anywhere:)........

When you do and BE what gives you passion and when you follow your bliss, abundance in monetary and infinitely other ways comes to you ........

Work is free from being work at all, it is simply love made visible........

For each time whenever I am BEing who I am, living from the soul, the money and abundance of love, happiness, peace, and all that I desire comes to me........

Whatever you desire is yours if you believe in it and take action when the universe gives you opportunities within those beliefs to make your dreams come true........

Always BELIEve in and go for your dreams........

For BELIEving is simply BEing that of what LIES or resides within you........

Because a Diamond is simply a lump of coal who stuck with it, no matter what the perceived challenges and tribulations faced, so be free from ever giving up, simply give love rather than give up and that Diamond will always shine:)........

For where there is love, there's a way, Love shows the way...........

Love always finds a way........

And always remember ........

Love changes everything

 

For love is everything

 

Love IS ~ Infinitely Spiritual

 

And Infinitely Spiritual IS Love

 

Within BEing the love

 

We gift birth to light

 

We gift birth to LIFE

 

Living Infinitely From Existence of this love

 

And

 

Living Infinitely From Experience and Expression from this love

 

When we open to Love,

 

it is an opening to that of who we already and always are

 

For it is free from ever being closed

 

We are always, in all ways

 

Open to Love

 

For this is who we are

 

We are as an ever unfolding rose

 

With its petals blossoming forth in grace, in beauty

 

Drenching each soul who gazes upon its essence

 

With the sweet smell of adoration

 

And

 

Soulful Oneness

 

The soulful Oneness we call soulful love

 

Absoulute Love

 

For Love is All That Is

This week's Metaphysical Meditation Monday's focus is upon Gratitude :)

There are many moments when we look at life through the eyes of illusions such as "I don't have enough…." You fill in the blank here.

In the places of what we call on this earth as lack, doubt, not enough, they are all just that ~ illusions. Why? One may ask….they are simply illusion because they are free from being the soul of who you are. The Ego Self of the Soul, that part of the soul that resonates in the doubts, the fears, the lack tends to believe it is very real. Yes, the question is, do we come from this? When All That Is of Source Energy created and continually creates itself again and again ~ does this source energy come from lack, or doubt or not enough?

The Universal Source of All That Is, the Pure Consciousness simply comes from love and emanates that love and in doing so, in simply BEing so, is light. Therefore, lack, doubt, not enough they are all illusions of this Ego Self. And thus we can BE grateful.

Grateful, you may ask? You may be thinking ~ Are you nuts? Grateful for what! I have bills not paid, no food to eat, or no job. Ah! Yes, and isn't it beautiful! For even within the Ego of illusions, all is beautiful. For whatever it is that you believe within and focus upon creates this world of illusions, this external world we call as reality. So why not be grateful. I invite you to see all, even what we call as the "bad" as beautiful. For anything that occurs within this Ego Self, is simply the acronym for Experiencing a Golden Opportunity (EGO) to get back in touch with the soul of who you are, which is the Love and Light of The Pure Consciousness of the Universal Source of All That Is, as this is who we are and where we emanate from. For if this is who we are and where we emanate from, then all else is simply an illusion.

And so we can see that there is free from being anything that is "bad" or "good, right or wrong, it just simply is what IS, or Infinitely Spiritual, because all is Spiritual and spiritual is within all. Within this we can be grateful, seeing all as a gift, and being grateful oh so grateful for the gift. For even events in our lives such as bills, or being free from having a job within it has a beautiful gift. One in which you may be free from ever seeing before reading these words. I invite you to see the gift within what is occurring in your life right at this moment, in whatever it is. For me, I have been free from moving to where I on this earth physically call home in that of Utah. And there have been projects that have been free from being completed that Spirit has been calling me to complete. Yet I am keenly aware that seeing something I desire so passionately and that Spirit is calling me to BE and take action upon is to me like realizing the knowing that I am about to manifest it. Literally free from being any different than manifesting it right in this moment. Since awakening to my own energy I have found it impossible (as in I Am possible) to feel a desire that strong and be free from quickly start seeing it manifest.

It is like a friend of mine said in a letter just the other day "I feel like I won the lottery yesterday just by realizing how much I wanted something." We may be free from having any ides the means by which what we desire or what we are being called to by Spirit, how it will manifest and yet it is our complete inner knowing that it is manifesting in this moment all the same.  The message then is one in which the first manifestation of the change, of transformation that is occurring in my being that is in this moment manifesting of what we need to take that next step, to go to the next level as some might say. This is manifestation in action being shared by us all.

At moments we may feel as if we are within a box, a box we are seemingly free from getting out of. This too dearest friends is an illusion for the box too is such a gift. For within the release of a box of denial of what it is we desire and to express it manifest is freedom! Freedom that too is such a gift that is to be celebrated. All is simply brilliantly beautiful ~ For we come to know that by allowing our soul to see what it is we desire means that it is about to change simply by sharing what it is we see within us, even if it comes out within what we call as a source of frustration over the matter.

I have been personally experiencing this over this last year or so with regard to a desire to move to home as in Utah, to launch our center into other directions, relationships in my life and many other occurrences. For I have come to know that it is within me simply sharing this, sharing what may appear to be hidden to others and maybe even to me, vocalizing the What is of the moment within what is believed to be the reality of the moment free from fear, knowing that the what is of the moment is free from ever hurting me or hurting anyone as it is just what is in the moment and in the next moment can, will, and does change as we are always, in always, changing, that it can simply free me. For it is according to our thoughts is to what degree we are free . Thus, this is free from being about the expression of being in a box. It is actually an expression of a release of a box.

For we see the box, we see the illusions of what we call as the limitations. I am and We Are free from having any fear of this box, for we embrace it instead and within its embrace, it dissolves into love. A box we may be free from even knowing its existence of then is simply shared, given birth to, and released, much like that of our children when they are grown. For we know our children are free from being ours, they are simply a gift of the universe for us to behold, love, and experience the creation of until such moment as they are to be free physically from our daily care for them to care daily of their own souls.

When we are within the illusions of denial, it as if it is a pain within our soul that we are unconscious of crying out to be expressed and appreciated for the loving gift it is! It is within being conscious of this gift, FEELing it, Expressing it and then releasing it that brings into BEing what we desire!

And in this we have SO SO much to be grateful for.

So I invite you to in this moment thank the universe, thank Spirit. Thank the universe for another earthly day of simply BEing here. The mere fact that we are HERE on this earth at this moment and that we are creating such beautiful creations is a miracle in and of itself! Take a moment to simply right where you are in this very moment, and simply BE grateful for simply BEing. That you have, that we have another day to create as the beautiful soul we are. To make our lives, and others lives better simply by BEing. Take a moment, See the gift in all of your life and be grateful for it. There is actually so so much to be thankful for, and acknowledging the bounty in our lives allows more to enter. As a dear friend of mine says "Thank you and MORE please!:)".  Thus the praxis of gratitude in each OM, each One Moment within appreciating the blessings in our lives is the invitation from the universe now to you in this moment. 

Remember dearest friends that All is energy. Money, bills, relationships, even what we call as seemingly "problems" is all simply energy. Simply give energy to what we love and that energy will grow and blossom in our life. There is free from being any problem here, just simply an unfolding intelligibility of the choices that are before us all that we choose in each moment. Where do we desire to place our energy and what do we desire to place it within or upon? Who do we choose to BE in each moment? There is free from being any right or wrong answers to this, just simply what it is you choose in each moment.

This is a beautiful picture that I wish to share with you. And a quote given with it that reads…."Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened"…And to add to this quote I would say and be in gratitude because of its occurrence. For what we continue to be within gratitude of creates more of it in our lives. If we want more of something, simply be grateful for its presence in our lives and it will ensure more of its arrival upon the shores of our essence.

Aw, I always smile because the sun is setting, because really, it is free from ever setting, for as it sets in one part of the earth, in another it is rising....the sun is simply constantly changing its essence, transforming, just as we are always, in all ways, transforming, changing our essence.

So does it really ever set? It is free from ever setting….It is an illusion that it ever really sets at all....it is all an illusion....and as I say as Spirit gives me, gives us....Hell if it is all an illusion, then we better make it the best damn illusion there is!

Illusions are grand are they not? :)
