Today I give you the first five of many ideas that will allow you to live your life fuller and learn to appreciate the world around you. Each and every one of us impacts the lives of others and/or is constantly finding ways to better ourselves or find a path or purpose. Life experience gives you knowledge and knowledge gives you power and with power you CAN achieve the seemingly impossible. ENJOY!

1) Watch the sun set and rise - At least once in your life take time out to watch the sunset. An event that ultimately is drawing a day to close. The sunset represents the end of a day that you cannot go back to and allows for reflection on how to live the next day better. A sunrise allows for one to hear the birds singing and feel the morning air. It is the start of a fresh new day with limitless possibilities. Find somewhere quiet and serene to watch the sunset and the sunrise to better allow yourself to appreciate. all the beauty of nature around you. Reflect on your purpose in life, clear your mind to better understand your personal goals and put them into motion.

2) Pass on knowledge - Think of any necessary skill in life that was most likely taught to you by someone older and wiser. The younger generation is waiti..ng for you to impact them in some way, no matter how big or small. Teach somebody something, anything. The knowledge you hold is waiting for someone to share it with. (my favorites are secrets in the kitchen or teaching a child how to read)

3) Grow something - I know where you think I am going with this and you are so very wrong! There is nothing more rewarding then putting hard work into something and watching it grow and thrive before your very eyes. Think of a plant, tree, or vegetable that you have always enjoyed and watch your hard work turn into a miracle of nature. If you’re worried about your green thumb start with something small and easy to care for and work your way up. You just may surprise yourself.

4) Scuba-dive - This allows for you to explore a completely different world under the vast seas. Surround yourself around things you never thought you would see with your own two eyes. Another plus side is learning something new that may just clue you in on strengths and weaknesses you never knew about yourself. You will become a better person for it. Check out your local cities for sites in which to get certified and take the plunge.

5) Go naked - Try that nude beach you heard about near your vacation destination or take advantage of the privacy of your own home. The extreme feeling of being completely liberated will give you a great sense of euphoria and allow you to roam the earth the way God had intended.

You are definitely an urban person, but not any old city will do.
You want a city that matches you well. For you, big cities lack individuality.
You prefer a smaller city with lots of personality, local culture, and history.

You deeply care about each person you're friends with. For you, friendship is all about the personal connection.
You tend to know everything about your friends' lives... and they know everything about yours. Your friends are your confidants.

You are always there for your friends. You celebrate their successes and support them in their times of need.
You are as loyal as they come. And you expect the same loyalty and understanding from your friends in return.

You and another Empathetic Friend: Have a amazing friendship, when it works. You care for each other deeply, but you often end up with hurt feelings and drama.

You and a Gregarious Friend: May have a bit of a one sided friendship. You adore your Social Friend, but you sometimes feel a bit neglected.

You and an Independent Friend: Struggle a bit. You are very interested in your Independent Friend's life, but your friend often needs more space.

You and a Philosophical Friend: Respect one another. You love to learn about your Philosophical Friend's brilliant ideas.
