I don't follow politics that much and also didn't vote. If I'd've voted it would've been for Obama, so whatevs. He won without my help. Hmmm. As for McCain, I remember once, 4 years ago? 8? I dunno... once, he was running and didn't make it through the prelims. But I'd've voted for him at the time. I have no political affiliation, of course, because, well, you know... anyone with a political affiliation sucks. (Meh, that's probably not true.) But I dunno. I come closer to being a Democrat than a Republican, so anyway I suppose I'd vote for Obama, and though I don't think there's ever a presidential election where there are any candidates I actually think deserve to be president, there's generally one I think is less undeserving... so yeah, I probably would go with Obama. So I'm pleased. I guess. Not that such things ever have any effect on my life no matter which way it goes....

Recently put the show's theme song (an extended version I wish that I could download) in my profile. And I just made an AMV from the show: Stuck in the Red & Blue. Haven't made an AMV since January 07, I've really missed doing it. And this is the first one I've made that wasn't fron Avatar....

So I was listening to this song on my mp3 player and I thought, I should see if it's possible to put that on my myspace. So... now I've put it in my profile. Fine. It doesn't seem to be like some people put songs in their myspace blogs. Oh well, I dunno. Whatevs. It's still here somewhere. On my profile. It's a good song, y'know?

Well, today in the 31st century, Krypton was reformed and a city full of shrunken Kryptonians was unshrunk and returned to the new Krypton. Yay. It was pretty cool too to see a city full of super-powered Kryptonians facing Imperiax. I think even Krypto and Streaky were there. But of course Brainy had to erase Supe's memory of the event, and I have a sneaking suspicion his accessing the Brainiac 1.0 subroutine is going to lead to a whole world of trouble down the road....
Meanwhile, I'm always happy to see more of Violet...

AND REPLY SO I KNOW YOU DID!
Greetings, kiddies, it's your old pal the Kidder, once again shouting into the empty wind. Or some such metaphor. Time for today's report on the cartoons I watched this morning. Legion of Super Heroes had some trouble with a sorcerer kid who reminded me of good ol' Myxyzpytlyk (or however you spell his bloody name). However, he wasn't from the 5th Dimension, he was just from some planet of sorcerers. His name was I think Zyx, so surely the writers were thinking of Myxy, right? Well, it was reasonably fun I guess. It was in large part a Phantom Girl episode, and I do like her. I also like her mother, so it was nice to see her, too. Plus Triplicate Girl, who is at least 3 times hotter than any of the other Legionnaires, yes? Ha, a numbers joke. Get it? Shut up.
Then we have The Batman. What better way of celebrating Valentine's Day than to introduce Harley Quinn? The VA was of course doing a pale and annoying imitation of the incomparable Arleen Sorkin, and the character... I didn't like her at first. Dr. Quinzel was doing one of those annoying pop psychology TV shows, in which she gave out bogus dating advice. But she was trying to help people, and when she got cancelled, she got mad. And her number one fan, Mr. J, stepped in to take advantage of the situation. Dressed her up as Harley Quinn, and they psychoanalyzed each other before embarking on a wicked fun date, and later a bit of revenge. Yes, she was annoying at first, but once she hooked up with Joker, I started liking her more. Though she was hotter as Quinzel than as Quinn, which is just wrong. And she's still not nearly as good as the real Harley. Ah well, it was okay, though.
Well now, I reckon that's all for today. If you don't reply I shall become very despondent for you should be reading and replying to my blog whenever I post in it, and you just don't. So whatever. Boo hoo.

This morning's episodes were cool. On LSH, um... well, actually, I forget what I was going to say, except that that Esper chick was hot. But I'm sure I liked the episode for more than that. On the Batman, there was some guy who could turn time back 20 seconds. I was briefly concerned that they might try to pass him off as Clock King, though I doubted it. And of course, they didn't. Anyway, I can't remember if this show has introduced CK yet or not. But whatever, this guy... I liked him. Constantly redoing things whenever he made mistakes, which was often. But it let him fight Batman, Robin, and Batgirl pretty well. My favorite use of his power, though, was taking back his quips when he realized they were lame. Anyway... I'm kind of wondering if whoever wrote this ep is a fan of Hiro Nakamura... Oh, and the end of the episode was pretty good, too.
What else? Watched my DVR of various stuff, including Monk and the first episode of Special Unit 2. Only recorded one ep last night because I don't want to get in the habit of watching 3 episodes a week, but still it was fun to revisit the old gang....

You know, I do believe this show is actually getting better. Today's ep was quite good, in fact. It started out in the 31st century with a team of archaeologists discovering the Batcave. One of them was quite the hottie. They wanted to find records to help with a crisis New Gotham was facing, which tied in to a separate story set in 2027, so the episode flashed between the two eras. In the latter, we get to see an old Batman, who was fighting Mr. Freeze, with the help of Nightwing and Oracle. When Batsy jumps out of the Batmobile, he looks very Dark Knight Returns, and what does Freeze say? "The Dark Knight returns." Nice touch. Of course, I also liked how the people in the future were making guesses about the past, and how Batman was some legend no one was even sure really existed... and how they got some details wrong. It was cute.... But also cool that information they dug up managed to help them solve their crisis....
