Remember when someone in your Family or Friends of the family told you that, "IF you don't go to sleep at your advised Bedtime, that The "BOOGGIE MAN" would get you? And, Remember when YOU finally learned That, IF you slept with the Light off, Nothing happened, Except that You got a very, Very Restful night's Sleep?

NOW, BARACK OBAMA has this NATION and many, Millions across this World, Looking at Hope for Finally Seeking GROWN people to press past LIES, Falsehoods, MYTHS, and UNTRUTHS so WE can All Cherish Different Cultures, People, and Friendships. POSITIVE CHANGE, of a Great Paradigm shift is Very much like turning a Very, very large SHIP, but IF its is done, JUST make the beginning Turn of the Wheel, Look how The Ship glides towards smoother, & Smoother Waters.!

Putting away Childish Lies, And Foolishness is much easier for some than others. Many, many want to live in Fantasy, as a Child, and Never grow up! There is a Certain LOVE of my Own for Cartoons, Comics, and Those Great Fantasies, Hey, I write Children's Stories and Comics too, not yet published publicly, but I Love the Mystical Imagination of Sci-fi. But Grown up Things are also necessary, and easy. AS I have Grown UP!

Ok, Children, all over this Nation are waking up, Growing UP and realizing that They have been lied to, and made to trust in Falsehoods, myths, and untruths, so they have been discovering for themselves, that "BOOGGIE MEN" are alive and well in the forms, of People who lead us into WARS for Greedy Selfish gain, Greedy OIL men, Greedy Politicians, Greedy Corporate Liars, are true "BOOGGIE MEN", and they can come in All kinds of Colors, nationalities, Yellow, brown, White, Black, and Red. CROOKS & Liars know no real color, and the Real live "BOOGGIE MAN" just may be a Father, a Sister, a brother, an aunt, an uncle, a mother, who Wants to keep Ignorance inhabitant within a Family, so as to perpetuate Hate, Lies, and Falsehoods. Many, many Peoples of many, many Nations are What make up AMERICA, and No simple Skin Color can be cause for Evil of Good. That belongs to each Individual's HEART, & Mind, which is the Base for anything which comes forth from Man of Woman!

BARACK OBAMA offers AMERICA and the WORLD the Chance, Finally a portion of Dr Martin Luther King, JR's vision of "I HAVE A DREAM"! FINALLY AMERICA is Growing UP! Finally, AMERICA'S Younger Generations are Growing UP past those Lies and Childish Untruths.

Sad, as it Is, Another 2, 3, 4 Generations of Those who would still seek to keep past hate, Bigotry, and Lies continuing, WILL have to simply DIE off, and that's a pity!      There Must be Severe Internal Equilibrium, Balance, Mental Challenges, Shakiness, Dizziness, some Bone marrow pain, brain wave abnormalities, and some general discomfort, after any such close proximity with an Explosion, for any living creature, Especially any Human. Wars cause These Conditions!

     Thousands & thousands of Men have Fought in WARS, come home and Never recovered, because Medical Doctors simply have either Ignored these Men & their families, or Been Made to Ignore the Symptoms.

     Brain damage can occur, when a powerful Explosion happens within close enough areas to Living Creatures, whether Human or Animal. "DYING to BE HEALTHY!"

I have been Contemplating An Article on this Subject For Quite a while, but Always Pushed it back into the not so Important Category. Now, I have decided To Finally "Just WRITE IT"!

Since my Recent Emergency Stay in the Emergency Ward & Hospital In ICU, after Discovering I Have Diabetes, I can Write Thick for Sure With Personal Experience, Even Though I have Contemplated Writing the Article For Several Years, Just Kept Pushing it back into Not so Important Categories.

Have You ever Wondered Why Our Country, Our Government, Our FOOD & Drug Administration, Our Grocery Store & Farming/Food Industries Seem to have Declared "WAR" on the Dietary Well-being, and Basic Health of The People?

Now, That I have to Follow a "STRICT" Diet, Monitor my Blood Sugar, and My Blood Pressure, I Keep Learning More & More each Day about The Importance of Good Dietary Portions, Calories, Insulin, Body Nutrition, and How Each Food affects the Body & Health.

Yet, Wherever I look, Where ever I go to Shop for Healthier Foods, the Prices Are So Much More Higher than The Not so Healthy types. Why is it Not affordable for Regular Hard-Working People to get Healthy Food? If Our Leaders, The FDA, The Many Not-For-Profit Organizations Truly DO Care, & LOVE The People; THEN WHY Is The Costs of Healthy FOOD & Nutrition so Expensive?

Poor & Middle Class People are Having a Very Difficult Time Living Healthier, and The Costs Continue to rise. So Yes, It Keeps Medical Jobs Very Plentiful, and IT Keeps Doctors, Nurses & Medical Professionals In Very High Demand! Is the Fact of Creating & Continually "Propagating" and Escalating Medical Malnutrition & Poor Health such a Financial "Windfall" Leading the Missions & Goals of Some To keep The People & Public Maintaining Poor health & Diet to Feed "POCKETS" so Important That People are Always "DYING to be HEALTHY"!

In Visiting Some Health Food Stores, Some Major Grocery Stores, And Then Just Average Neighborhood Stores. I read labels, I look at Stock Item Differences, I check Community-to-Community Stock item Food Differences, I Now Look at Almost Every Aspect and See Much Clearer how well "Rooted" This Seemingly "Health Declared WAR" is Propagated Upon the People!

There are No shortages of Health Supplements, Health Stores, such as GNC, & Many Vitamins, Herbals, Organics, You Name it; BUT They Are So Expensive for the Average working Family, It's Basically a "Dammed is You do, Dammed if you Don't!" Situation.  Thinking One Can Simply just "POP A PILL" to solve a Simply "Illogically" Created Problem of Food/Health/Nutrition is Really Something, HUH?

Being a Country East Texas Farm boy, Raised in a time, where WE had Fresh Tomatoes, Peas, Corn, beans, greens, and Grandma Raised cattle, and Hogs, Chickens, Ducks, and We had Many Healthier Tables, Prepared for us, Although WE thought At The time, We did not have The best; NOW I understand That WE Really DID have the Best! Frankly, I'm Terribly Ashamed of Myself! I, of All People, should have Known Better! My Oldest Sister IS a Dietitian, and Has been Preparing meals for the Liberty-Eylau School District, every Since Integration, And Before!

She has Always Stressed to us as We grew up the Importance of "Portions", "The Food groups" And Now that I Think Back, her Tables Always had "Well-Balanced" meals. No Wonder She is Still so Healthy, at her Age, and Now, Thinking Back, She always had Snacks of Fruits, Berries, Nuts, pecans, Walnuts, And Always, and Still does Raise Gardens with Some Fresh vegetables. But Lately She has Noticed how Diluted the Soils have become, and How Less & Less the Yields of the Seeds of Production.

GOD did SAY, "SHARECROP" the Soils, so that Nature Could Replenish the Nutrients. Yet MANKIND, Especially the U.S., Who's Geography, is SO Blessed, Has Ignored GOD'S Plan for Keeping Us Healthy. With The Small Farmers Dying out In Preference to the BIG CORPORATE Farmers, It's Impossible to Keep The Blessed Nutrition of the LANDS; Therefore, Leading to What we have in Modern Society: 1. Soils that are almost Completely Ruined; 2. Having to Create Laboratory-Enhanced Nutrients (Un-Natural) 3. Foods, which Cannot/Do Not Serve Our Bodies well, yet WE Have to Eat, in order to Have Some Sustenance!

When I think about All That I have learned, even at Refreshing Many of the Things I was Taught, As a Child, and Revisiting Memories about The Country Life, Understanding Much better, HOW The Taking of Exercise, Recesses, PE Programs out of Our Schools, Feeding Our Children "JUNK FOODS" and believing That "CRAMMING" them With Technology, instead of Teaching Them Some Basics of LIFE & Health & Morality of Caring For Society & Community is Also Just as Important as Learning Technology; WELL, We All, Our Generation & the One Ahead of me, KIND of LOST our WAY, in A Major LIFE-Threatening WAY!  

There MUST be a REAL Massively Followed National & International Campaign of NEW Focus on HEALTH & I Mean REAL Health to Stop This Madness of WAR Against The People to Keep Us "DYING to be Healthy"! If it Takes A New FDA Administration System Over-hall, THEN So-BE IT! If it Also Takes a NEW HEALTH ZAR, Then SO BE IT! But WE All must Examine Our Perspective Families, Our Lives, Our Health Situations AND Make More Leadership Choices over Those WE Trust to Oversee Our Food & Drugs within this Massive System which WE live, and Look at How, Why So many Cases of  "DIETARY Related preventable Health/Medical Issues are Allowed to Happen, Just To be Treated, or Provide Massive Wealth for Those few at the TOP!

Just Ask Yourselves; Then Answer Yourselves; "WHY" are we "DYING to be Healthy"!

But Us "Peons" were NOT allowed into Certain Parts of the Pickel Factory. Daddy Did warn Me about Certain "Gifts" That Mr Harris (BILL HARRIS) and others At That Time received from "Big Shots" of Large Corporate factions, who Wanted NO Trouble at All Shipping Their Products Through those Texarkana X-Roads, and Daddy Also Used to have Free Milk, Juice And Liquor Provided To Him, That was Eother Approaching Expiration dates, And/or near Such dates...WE did NOT Know Any Better.

 

Long Time Ago We heard Also That "Catchsup", AKA "KetchUp" , Mustards, And many OTher Products Contain Some of These "Cancer-Causing" Elements, so Truthfully, Thousands, And Thousands on Thousnads of These Railway Containers Are Still Entering Our Ports/Borders, Ready for Shippments to Everywhere Labeled on Manifests as Whatever The Shippers Say So!

Later He Built the Old Shack-Style House, Without Electricy or heat, where i spent Some Nights, after He & MOM Divorced, Because of his Excessive Drinking (THE POISON) and he Shot MY MOM, Tried to KILL her, One Night after One of His "BINGES" put him into a Raging Jealous Madness! he Shot MY MOM 6/7 times, She still LIVES and has One Bullet in her Back too near her Spine, and another in one leg...I was 13, when That happened!  Other Extrematry Things Like Why those RailWay Trains would/Still do Stop and Release WASTE Products in those two Pools near our Home, 'We called Them The '"BLUE LAKE" and The "GRAVEL-PITT" and We Wondered Why Grapes & Berries & Plumbs grew So Large near Where the Wastes were released...???? HUMNNNNNNNN!!??? MOM made many Jars of Jelly & preserves from us picking Those Friuts!......NO Wander!? HUH?
