Today is the first day of the North American Fall Tour of The Swell Season. The band is in Milwaukee with Mark Dignam who will be the opener of tonight's show in the Pabst Theatre.The week has been spent with lots of preparation for the tour and with the new album being sent out from the womb to the world. Thanks for all the great feedback and reviews guys, much appreciated.

We got fabulous new merch items to bring on the road. You can preview them online here and we will have a limited edition of posters for each show too, numbered and signed by the artists. The poster for Milwaukee can be viewed here and see below the one for tomorrow's gig in Indianapolis' Clowes Memorial Hall.

Shortly before the Conan O'Brien appearance they all did an instore in Amoeba Records Hollywood. Some of the songs made it up to youtube and are available for those of you who couldn't be there on the day.

Glen and Mar performed three songs (Falling Slowly, In These Arms, Low Rising) for Last.fm Discover in New York. The high quality footages are up on the Last.fm Discover Youtube Channel and also can be viewed in HD.

NPR also featured the Swell Season on 'All Things Considered'. You can listen to them performing 'Low Rising' & 'In These Arms' and Glen and Mar giving insight into some of the songs on the new album. The 12-minute-long stream of the program is up now on NPR's site.
