she's a yellow pair of running shoes
a holey pair of jeans
she looks great in cheap sunglasses
she looks great in anything
she's "i want a piece of chocolate"
"take me to a movie"
she's "i can't find a thing to wear"
now and then she's moody

she's a saturn with a sunroof
with her hair blowing
she's a soft place to land
and a good feeling knowing
she's a warm conversation
that i wouldn't miss for nothing
she's a fighter when she's mad
and she's a lover when she's loving

and she's everything i ever wanted
and everything i need
i talk about her, i go on and on and on
'cause she's everything to me

she's a saturday out on the town
and a church girl on sunday
she's a cross around her neck
and a cuss word 'cause its monday
she's a bubble bath and candles
"baby come and kiss me"
she's a one glass of wine
and she's feeling kinda tipsy

she's the giver i wish i could be
and the stealer of the covers
she's a picture in my wallet
of my unborn children's mother
she's the hand that i'm holding
when i'm on my knees and praying
she's the answer to my prayer
and she's the song that i'm playing

she's the voice i love to hear
someday when i'm ninety
she's that wooden rocking chair
i want rocking right beside me
everyday that passes
i only love her more
yeah, she's the one
that i'd lay down my own life for

and she's everything i ever wanted
and everything i need
she's everything to me
yeah she's everything to me

Well another Daytona 500 has come and gone.

While I would have been happy to see the sentimental favorite, Mark Martin, win the race, I was amazed by Harvick's last minute move to take the win. That was the most exciting finish I have ever seen. Kristin was screaming so loud for Harvick to win that her throat hurt for the rest of the night.

I am counting the days until the Pepsi 400. Daytona is the best place to see a race.

Here are a few of the pics I took at the race.

What's going on fellow myspacers? Hope all is well!!

I just got back from the Joshua Radin show, which was at The Social in downtown Orlando. Let me start by saying Joshua Radin came into the studio on Thursday and played live for us,  and in my opinion was by far the best musical act we have ever had visit us. If you did not here it, you can go to Monsters.fm on Tuesday to hear the whole interview on the podcasting section. I also have to thank my fiancee who turned me on to Josh Radin and who was responsible for his visit to the studio. (She made me say that... jk)

So I had never been to The Social to see a show and I thought it was a pretty nice room. It was not the biggest in Orlando, but still a good place to see a show. The place was packed so tight with people you could barely move. Josh went on at about 9 and played for about 30 minutes, which in my opinion was too short (although not his fault). The best two songs of the night where Closer and Star Mile with Winter coming in at a close third.

At the end of the show he thanked everyone for coming out and then thanked the Monsters in the Morning on Real Radio for having him on. If you can support any artist please support this one. He is a great guy and took time to meet everyone after the show and sign stuff. Not to mention he is insanely talented. Well I am tired and want to get some sleep. I will write more about the show tomorrow.

Happy trails.

P.S. If you go to a music show, try not to talk through the entire performance. There were times when I thought I was at the Ale House... you know who you are!

Yeah, Yeah I know that I said I was going to try to post alot more blogs this year! But I have been so damn busy lately with work at the radio station. I really have a new found passion for the business of radio. Yeah things have not worked out for me very easily. I am still only part time but I am getting alot more hours lately. Yeah money is nice but finally being able to see the hard work pay off for us when it comes to ratings feels so wonderful. When we started on Saturday nights the time slot of was 19th with persons 25 to 54 and we have brought it all the way up to 3rd in less than a year. And we owe it all to you the listeners. With out everyone spreading the word about the radio show we would not be were we are right now. So thank you once again and please help start the revolution and tell everyone about SBK Live Saturday nights at 7pm. Maybe we can get the show going a little more often.
