2005/06 – American Idol was #1 on FOX Tuesday, third year running.

Note: Any BOLD shows were cancelled in 2005 season; Everwood was cancelled in the fourth season.

Anniversary:

Access Hollywood celebrated ten years in syndication.

7th Heaven celebrated ten years on WB.

Dateline NBC celebrated fifteen years on NBC.

Entertainment Tonight celebrated twenty–five years in syndication.

Late Night celebrated twenty–five years on NBC.

Announcement:

After eleven long years, WB and UPN finally call it quits. Then again, they didn't quit at all. They just joined up together as one new network, The CW. They felt like it was best for both parties involved. Both networks closed their doors on September 18, 2006, the same day CW premieres. The CW's schedule contained the most popular shows from both networks and two original CW programs – The Game and Runaway.

FOX will have a new mini network, My Network TV, starting on Tuesday, September 5, 2006. This network is going the telenovelas way – soaps that run for 65 episodes each till the next one comes along. The telenovelas are very popular among the Spanish viewers on Telemundo and Univision. The first telenovelas are Desire and Fashion House; they will have weekly recaps on Saturday nights.

Biggest New Hit: Deal Or No Deal was #13 on NBC Mondays. Well, NBC has another hit game show on their hands. Then again, what's up with the three episodes a week? It seems like that NBC is pulling a Millionaire. We know all about Millionaire and ABC fiasco. The Millionaire started out great; ABC ran it to the ground with five episodes each week. Hello, NBC! Wake up before it's too late.

British Ties:

The Office was based on BBC's The Office, starring Ricky Gervis. Stephan Merchant and Ricky created the series.

Death: John Spencer died from a heart attack on December 16, 2005, four days before his fifty-nine birthday. His death was written in The West Wing as Leo McGarry suffered the same fate. Both of them are alcoholics and divorcee. John was actually the first actor cast in The West Wing.

Movies 2 TV: Blade: The Series was based on the 1998 Wesley Snipes movie.

Name Change:

WWE Smackdown to WWE Friday Night SmackDown because the move to Friday Nights.

The Return:

David Boreanaz returned in Bones after a year absence. He was previous on Angel, the very popular Buffy spin off. Bones became another big hit for him.

2002/03 – CSI: Crime Scene Investigation was #1 on CBS Thursday.

Note: Any BOLD shows were cancelled in 2002 season; Futurama was cancelled in the fifth season.

Anniversary:

Frasier celebrated ten years on NBC.

Late Show With David Letterman celebrated ten years on CBS.

NYPD Blue celebrated ten years on ABC.

COPS celebrated fifteen years on FOX.

Inside Edition celebrated fifteen years in syndication.

60 Minutes celebrated thirty-five years on CBS.

Biggest New Hit: Joe Millionaire was #3 on FOX Monday. This show hooked the viewers since it first aired. It was intrigue and suspenseful. Were the ladies really in it for love or for money? Sure, he was handsome and has lots of money. In "reality," there was something up – he has the looks, but no money. He wasn't a real life millionaire like all the ladies believed. He was an average Joe with a construction job. It was a ratings success that the producer extended the Joe Millionaire format overseas next season. It didn't do anything good; nobody was watching the so-called NEW Joe Millionaire. The reality show was a one-time thing.

Death: Lynn Thigpen died of cerebral hemorrhage on March 12, 2003. She was on The District with Craig T. Nelson.

Movies 2 TV

My Big Fat Greek Life was based on the 2002 Nia Vardalos movie, My Big Fat Greek Wedding. The entire cast reprised their roles for the movie, except John Corbett. John was in the Lucky series in the same season. Either My Big Fat Greek Life or Lucky didn't make it to a second season. Lucky premiered on April 8, 2002. A week later, My Big Fat Greek Life was cancelled.

Tremors was based on the 1990 Kevin Bacon movie. Michael Gross reprised his role for the series.

Name Change: 48 Hours to 48 Hours Investigates.

Remakes: WB's Family Affair – Nobody was willing to watch the new one like many failed remakes from years ago. The Fugitive. Fantasy Island. The Twilight Zone. Alfred Hitchcock Presents. Come on, Hollywood writers! Give us something new and refreshing to watch!

The Return:

American Bandstand returned to network TV after a thirteen-year absence. No kidding, dude! Really, it is partly true. Dick Clark was the producer of the new 1960's show American Dreams. He had a great ideal to incorporate old American Bandstand footage in the show; one of the characters, Meg Ryan, was a dancer on American Bandstand. Some Today's popular singers and actors portrayed the famous singers of the 1960's – Wayne Brady (Jackie Wilson), Kelly Clarkson (Brenda Lee), Chris Isaak (Roy Orbison), Usher (Marvin Gaye) & Brandy Norwood (Gladys Knight).

David Caruso – Yep, he's back! He failed miserly with his last series, Michael Hayes, not the fabulous Freebird wrestler, in 1997. LOL. David was an original cast member of the controversial police drama, NYPD Blue. As soon as David became famous, he ditched NYPD Blue for a failed movie career. This time around, David won't give up a good thing in CSI: Miami. He learned from his mistake the last time.

Richard Karn replaced Louie Anderson on Family Feud. Richard was best known on Home Improvement as Tim Allen's sidekick.

NBC revived Hunter with the original actors, Fred Dryer and Stepfanie Kramer. Hunter was last seen on NBC from 1984–1991.

Let's Make a Deal returned to prime time after a thirty–two year absence.

The $100,000 Pyramid returned to syndication as Pyramid after a eleven-year absence.

Spin Off:

American Juniors from American Idol – less popular spin off for the kids to be in a band.

CSI: Miami from CSI – the same show, different city. At least, Law & Order is NOT doing the same show. Every Law & Order show is different.

Switch Networks: Grounded For Live went from FOX to WB.

Tidbits:

Monk started on USA Network in July 2002 & ABC the next month. Monk lasted on ABC till December 2002, while continued to be a huge hit on USA Network. Monk always started their seasons in July.

Kim Delaney was fired from CSI: Miami; she was the worst criminologist ever. PERIOD. Really, she had no chemistry with David.

Courage The Cowardly Dog ended on my brother's birthday.

Tom Everett Scott and David Bulliard, what can I say? Except for one thing, please "do over, that was then." The past is the past no matter what. Even so, we need to learn from our mistakes.

Joey McIntyre, the former New Kids On The Block, joined Boston Public as a teacher, Colin Flynn. This was his first acting role in a series, besides the New Kids On The Block cartoon in 1990. My grandmother died on his birthday, December 31. Like they said, "Out with the old, in with the new."

Joey's former NKOTB mate, Donnie Wahlberg, starred in a new NBC series, Boomtown, this season. Donny's brother is the famous Marky Mark, a movie star and singer.

All American Girl did very poorly in the ratings that ABC finished the series on ABC Family Channel.

Firefly lasted for three full months from September 20–December 20.

Jeannie Garth and Amanda Bynes of What I Like About You shared the same birthday, April 3rd.

John Woo's Once A Thief finally aired in the states after four long years. Canada's CTV aired the series in the 1997/1998 season.

Lance Bass and Joey Fatone of N'Sync were in separated NBC talent series. Lance was the regular judge for America's Most Talented Kid, hosted by Mario Lopez. Joey was the host of Fame. Both series didn't last long for either of them.

NBC previewed She Spies in the summer of 2002. It was quickly pulled after three episodes, then it begun a two year run in syndication.

Jesse James claimed to be a relative of the outlaw, Jesse James. Sandra Bullock and Jesse was married on July 16, 2005 in Santa Barbara.

2001/02 – Friends was #1 on NBC Thursday.

Note: Any BOLD shows were cancelled in 2001 season; The X Files was cancelled in the tenth season.

Anniversary:

America's Most Wanted celebrated fifteen years on FOX.

48 Hours celebrated fifteen years on CBS.

20/20 celebrated twenty-five years in ABC.

Biggest New Hit: Leap Of Faith was #9 on NBC Thursday, tied with Will & Grace. Here's a theory – Having a top 10 hit DOES NOT mean you have a top 10 hit. Leap Of Faith didn't receive a second season. Chicken Soap was a big time flop in 1989; it was #13. Even that show didn't last a season. All together now, "Having a top 10 hit DOES NOT mean you have a top 10 hit." Case closed.

British Ties:

American Idol was based on Pop Idol; Simon Cowell was the judge too. Will Young won the first Pop Idol.

As If was based on Channel 4 series with Emily Corrie reprised her role in the states.

Dog Eat Dog was based on Dog Eat Dog; Ulrika Jonsonn was the BBC host. It lasted from 2001–2003.

My Guide To Becoming A Rock Star was based on The Young People's Guide To Becoming A Rock Star, a Channel 4 series.

Never Mind The Buzzcocks was based on the hugely popular BBC Two series.

Movies 2 TV: The Dead Zone was based on the 1983 Christopher Walken movie. UPN passed on the pilot; USA Network picked up the series.

Name Change:

WWF Smackdown to WWE Smackdown in May 2002 – WWF changed their company name to WWE to avoid any more conflict with WWF, World Wildlife Fund, who had the WWF name longer than WWE. World Wrestling Federation became World Wresting Entertainment. Please get the "F" out!

Wednesday 9:30 (8:30 Central) was pulled after two weeks. It returned as My Adventures In Television in May 2002.

The Return:

Primetime Live returned as Primetime Thursday after 20/20 went back to one night on Fridays. Thou, 20/20 Downtown continued as a separated series for one more year.

John Schneider returned in Smallville after a three-year absence. He was previously on Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. He was well known as Bo Duke on The Dukes Of Hazzard.

Courtney Thorne-Smith returned in According To Jim after a one-year absence. She was previously on Melrose Place & Alley McBeal in the 1990's.

Gil Bellows returned in The Agency after a one-year absence. He was previously on Alley McBeal in the late 1990's.

Jerry O'Connell returned in Crossing Jordan after a three-year absence. He was previously on Sliders.

Jason Alexander returned in a failed series, Bob Patterson, after a three-year absence. He was previously on Seinfeld.

Cartoon Network revived Dexter's Laboratory for two more seasons. It last aired in 1996–1998.

All That returned to Nickelodeon with new cast members; the series skipped the 2000 season for a complete overhaul. Since they took a year off, it will begin at season one again. All That begins their seventh season.

Simultaneous: Jerry Orbach was in Law & Order and Encounters With The Unexplained.

Switch Network:

Buffy, The Vampire Slayer went from WB to UPN.

Making The Band went from ABC to MTV for the last season.

The Outer Limits went from Showtime to Sci-Fi Channel.

Roswell went from WB to UPN.

CBS pulled Wolf Lake off the schedule for low ratings in October 2001; UPN started to show it in April 2002.

Tidbits:

24 do 24 hours in a day nonstop. It is the most action packed end of the seat show that you can't turn around for a minute. For Jack Bauer, every minute counts. He won't take a restroom break and a snack break for neon second. From terrorist attacks to the assassination of a former president, Jack can't stop till he saves the day…again and again and again…

Enterprise is the first Star Trek series without Star Trek in the title and has a theme song too.

Emeril was Emeril Lagasse's first sitcom. Man, Emeril better stick to what he does best – cooking. Kick it up a notch! Bam!

Reba was Reba McEntire's first sitcom. Unlike Emeril, Reba was a pretty good actress; she fits just right at home.

Crossing Over With John Edwards originally started in July 2001 on Sci Fi Channel.

Mark Burnett produced Combat Missions. One of the Survivor contestants, Rudy Boesch, was the base commander on the series. Rudy was in the third place on Survivor in 2000.

Judge Marilyn Milian replaced Judge Jerry Sheindlin on The People's Court.

2000/01 – Survivor: The Australian Outback was #1 on CBS Thursday.

Note: Any BOLD shows were cancelled in 2000 season; Beverly Hills 90210 was cancelled in the tenth season.

Anniversary:

Baywatch celebrated ten years in syndication; their eleventh season was their last.

Dateline NBC celebrated ten years on NBC.

Talk Soup celebrated ten years on E!

Entertainment Tonight celebrated twenty years in syndication.

Late Night celebrated twenty years on NBC.

Biggest New Hit: CSI: Crime Scene Investigation was #13 on Thursdays. Really, CSI really premiered on a deadly Friday night. CBS made a wise move and put it on Thursdays in February 2001. With Survivor & CSI, it was the beginning of the end of NBC's stranglehold on Thursday nights.

British Ties:

Dot Comedy was based on a British series.

First Years was based on the BBC series, This Life.

Trading Spaces was based on the BBC series, Changing Rooms. Ty Pennington was one of the carpenters on Trading Spaces. Ty got his own show, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, in 2004 on ABC.

"The Queen Of Mean" Anne Robinson hosted the British version and the USA version, The Weakest Link. This was one of the most brutal game shows ever. Don't me wrong. It was only play for laughs.

Death: Michael Cuccione died from complications stemming from Hodgkin's disease on January 13, 2001 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He turned sixteen on January 5, 1985. He was one of the stars of the parody band, 2Gether.

Movies 2 TV: Some Of My Best Friends was based on the 1997 Nick Scotti movie, Kiss Me Guido.

Name Change: Cursed to The Weber Show in December 2000.

Netherlands Ties:

Big Brother was based on Big Brother; it all begun in September 1999 and became a worldwide sensation. MTV's The Real World influenced Big Brother.

Chains Of Love was based Chains Of Love. The same people of Big Brother and Blind Date produced it.

Reruns: UPN showed Celebrity Death Match reruns for two months in 2001.

The Return:

The Fugitive returned to TV after a thirty–three years absence in this updated version.

Primetime Live returned as Primetime Thursday after 20/20 went back to one night on Fridays. Thou, 20/20 Downtown continued as a separated series.

Lorenzo Lamas returned to TV in a failed weekly series, The Immortal, after a one-year absence. He was previously on another failed series, Air America.

America's Funniest Home Video returned to ABC with a new host, Tom Bergeron, after a year absence. The last hosts were Daisy Fuentes and John Fugelsang from 1998–1999.

Simultaneous:

Jerry Orbach was in Law & Order and Encounters With The Unexplained.

Joely Fisher starred in two failed sitcoms, Grosse Pointe and Norman, Ohio.

Spin Off: The Lone Gunmen from The X Files.

Switch Network:

Candid Camera went from CBS to PAX.

The Hughleys went from ABC to UPN.

The PJs went from FOX to WB.

Sabrina, the Teenage Witch went from ABC to WB.

Tidbits:

Survivor: The Australia Outback is the first reality series to be #1; it was the second edition of Survivor. It took America by storm last summer – the #1 show to watch; no one could switch the channel. The gay naked guy, Richard Hatch's prediction was right on the money; in the first episode, he told the TV audience that he "already had the million dollar check written in his name." In the last episode of the summer, Susan Hawk's unforgettable powerful speech to Kelly Wiglesworth and Richard set the tone for the series. Let the backstabbing and the fighting begin! Survivor brought the reality craze to a nationwide audience in primetime. We haven't seen anything like Survivor on TV before.

Mark Singer, the original Beastmaster, joined The Beastmaster in the last season.

Tony Danza joined CBS' Family Law.

Steve Martin was one of the eight executive producers on Downer Channel.

James Cameron, best known for Titanic and The Terminator, was the creator of Dark Angel, his first series.

Live Through This was MTV's first drama series.

Tracee Ellis Ross is the daughter of the famous singer, Diana Ross. Tracee is on UPN's Girlfriends

Kevin Dillon is the brother of the famous actor, Matt Dillion. Kevin is on CBS' That's Life. This was his first series.

Steven Weber and Timothy Daly starred in separated failed series, Cursed and The Fugitive, this season. They both starred in the hit NBC series, Wings, in the 1990's. They need a one-way ticket back to Nantucket. They had a very successful flight there.

NBC's Monday night lineup failed badly. The returning show, Daddio, and the two newcomers, Tucker and Deadline, premiered on October 2, 2000. Daddio and Tucker were cancelled four weeks later. Deadline was cancelled the following week.

Whoopie Goldberg created Strong Medicine for Lifetime.

Go Fish was Kieran Culkin's first series. You guessed it! He is Macaulay's brother. He got his start in Mac's big hit movie, Home Alone. He played Kevin's cousin in the movie.

Friday Night was cancelled on December 29, 2000. Late Friday replaced Friday Night a week later.

Darren Star, the creator of Beverly Hills 90210 and Melrose Place, was the creator of Grosse Pointe and The $treet. Both failed shows premiered this season.

Dick Wolf was the producer of the syndicated Arrest & Trial. He was the creator of the long–running police drama, Law & Order.

Roger Roeper joined Ebert & Roeper as Roger Ebert's new co-host. He worked at the same newspaper, Chicago Sun–Times, as Roger Ebert since 1987. Roger started in 1967.

Mysterious Ways premiered on NBC in the summer of 2000, then it went to PAX in the fall.

The Secret Adventures Of Jules Verne originally aired on CBC in Canada in 2000. Sci Fi picked it up in January 2001 and it went straight to syndication the following October. The series only lasted a season.

1999/2000 – Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was #1 on ABC Tuesday.

Note: Any BOLD shows were cancelled in 1999 season; Beverly Hills 90210 was cancelled in the tenth season.

Anniversary:

Beverly Hills 90210 celebrated ten years on FOX.

Law & Order celebrated ten years on NBC.

Saturday Night Live celebrated twenty-five years on NBC.

Biggest New Hit: Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was #1 on Tuesday, #2 on Thursday and #3 on Sundays. That's right! It owns the top 3 spot in the ratings. It was much bigger than the $64,000 Question in the 1950's. The game show took America AND the world by storm. Regis Philbin was the perfect host with his ties! Is that your final answer?

British Ties:

Cold Feet was based on the same name of Cold Feet, 1997-2003 British show.

Don't Forget Your Toothbrush was based on the Channel 4 series, hosted by Chris Evans.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was based on the same name of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. The game originally started in the UK with Chris Tarrant as the host. The first episode was September 4, 1998; there was a twist – only one contestant can play at a time. They can take their time with the questions, but it MUST be their final answer.

Winning Lines was based on the BBC series. The British series was more successful than the USA version. It lasted from 1999–2004.

Movies 2 TV: Clerks was based on the 1994 Kevin Smith movie.

Name Change:

GvsE to Good Vs. Evil.

Greed: The Multi–Million Dollar Challenge to Greed: The Series after a month on the air.

Later to Later With Cynthia Garrett. Cynthia became the new Later host in January 2000.

The Norm Show to Norm.

Two Guys, A Girl & A Pizza Place to Two Guys And A Girl

World's Wildest Police Videos to Police Videos in May 2000.

Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane to Zoe...

Network Change: GvsE on USA Network to Sci fi Channel as Good Vs. Evil.

The Return:

Professional Wrestling returned to network TV after a forty-four absence. WWF Smackdown became UPN's most watched series. WWF wrestling has a ratings hold on cable TV since the late 1990's; it was a ripe time for wrestling to be on network TV with Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock and Vince McMahon. WWE is the most powerful wresting company today; no one could beat them. WCW was successful at first, but WCW crumbled on the ropes till WWF brought them in 2001.

Tyne Daly returned to TV in Judging Amy after a four-year absence, she was previously on Christy.

Richard Belzer returned in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as the same character, John Munch, from Homicide: Life On The Street after Homicide's cancellation in 1999.

CBS revived Grapevine. Steven Eckholdt returned as David Klein; he was David's brother, Thumper, in 1992. This version didn't last long either.

Spin Off:

Angel from Buffy, The Vampire Slayer - Angel was a Los Angeles detective to help the helpless and continued to fight against evil, mostly, to redeem his soul. David Boreanaz and Charisma Carpenter reprised their Buffy roles.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from Law & Order - Like the title says, "special victims unit." You do get the point.

Time Of Your Life from The Party Of Five - Sarah Reeves moved to New York to look for her birth father.

Young Americans from Dawson's Creek.

Swedish Ties: Survivor was based on Expedition: Robinson. Some people say it is the mother of reality TV. It started in 1997. The game was located in Malaysia, Johor, Palau Tengah [Strix]. Martin Melin was the first ever winner in Swedish. Mark Burnett licensed the format and it became Survivor in 2000.

Tidbits:

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire is the second game show in America to be #1. $64,000 Question was #1 in the 1955 season. Also, it is the most successful prime time game show since the 1950's. As popular as the millionaire game was, it wouldn't last that long. ABC killed it for showing it 5 times a week in the next season. It was too much of a good thing, but the syndication version lives on.

Ally was the 30-minute version of the much popular one hour Ally McBeal on FOX. Ally was shown on Tuesdays and Ally McBeal was on Mondays.

Tom Hanks and Colin Hanks are father/son. Roswell was his first series. His costar, Katherine Heigl, and him shared the same birthday with me.

Dan Schneider created The Amanda Show.

Cover Me's full name was Cover Me: Based On The True Life Of An FBI Family.

Fox pulled American High from the schedule after two weeks in August 2000; the ratings were lousy. PBS aired the entire series the following April. It won an Emmy for Outstanding Nonfiction Program.

Aaaahhhh! Brutally Normal broke my heart! It ended on Valentine's Day. Good riddance, you brutally beast!

Dear Lord! The Opposite Sex sure loves Chris very much! It has four Chris to choose from – Chris Evans, Chris L. McKenna, Christopher Cousins and Chris Hogan.

Judge Jerry Sheindlin replace the former New York major, Ed Koch, on The People's Court. Jerry is the husband of Judy Sheindlin...yes, that Judge Judy! Judge Judy is a huge success since 1996. Her show ushered in a new wave of courtroom shows.

1996/97 – ER was #1 on NBC Thursday, second year running.

Note: Any BOLD shows were cancelled in 1996 season; American Gladiators was cancelled in the eighth season.

Anniversary:

America's Most Wanted celebrated ten years on FOX.

48 Hours celebrated ten years on CBS.

20/20 celebrated twenty years on ABC.

Biggest New Hit: Suddenly Susan was #3 on NBC Thursday. This was Brooke Shields' first TV show. She dumped her rich fiancée at the altar and tries to make it on her own. You go, girl! She wants her independence and doesn't want to rely on a boyfriend. The show turned out to be the biggest failure for next season; the ratings fell through the roof on Monday nights, #65, and the show never recovered.

British Ties: Men Behaving Badly was based on Men Behaving Badly. Wow! You got to be kidding me! LOL.

First Run: Viper returned to syndication after a two-year absence; it was a short lived NBC series in early 1994.

Movies to TV:

Buffy, The Vampire Slayer was based on the 1992 Luke Perry/Kristy Swanson comedy movie, written by Joss Whedon, who created the supernatural TV show.

Clueless was based on the 1995 Alicia Silverstone movie. Stacey Dash, Donald Adeosun Faison, Elisa Donavan, Twink Caplan and Wallace Shawn reprised their roles for the show. It originally intended to be a TV show, not a movie.

Dangerous Minds was based on the 1995 Michelle Pfeiffer movie. Annie Potts played the same character in the show.

FX: The Series was based on the 1986 Brian Dennehy movie.

Party Girl was based on the 1995 Parkey Posey movie.

Name Change:

Emergency Call to Emergency With Alex Paen.

Entertainers to Entertainers With Byron Allen.

The Extremists With Gabrielle Reece to The Extremists.

Later With Greg Kinnear to Later. Later only used guest hosts till 2000.

New Night: WB added Monday nights to the schedule on August 26, 1996 with 7th Heaven and Savannah.

The Return:

Michael J. Fox returned in Spin City after a seven-year absence. He reteams with the Family Ties creator, Gary David Goldberg, for this hit ABC series.

The Sci Fi Channel picked up the cancelled series, Mystery Science Theater 3000, from Comedy Central. This time, MST3K sorely focused on bad sci fi movies.

Switch Networks:

Brotherly Love went from NBC to WB.

The Jeff Foxworthy Show went from ABC to NBC.

Tidbits:

Here's a gay first and a historic moment on network TV – Ellen Morgan, the lead character on Ellen, finally came out of the closet on April 30, 1997. Ellen realized she was gay and fell for Susan, a producer. The one and only Oprah Winfrey was her therapist to help her with the coming out process. In real life, Ellen DeGeneres is a lesbian.

The Feds episodes were shown in letter–box format. It was a TV first.

7th Heaven maintained the same time slot (Monday at 8) throughout its run in WB. It aired in other few time slots like Sundays at 7 under the heading of 7th Heaven Beginnings.

7th Heaven was originally produced for FOX, but it ended up on WB. It lasted ten years on WB; it jumped over to the new network, CW, in 2006.

Jessica Biel (Mary) played the oldest sister to Beverly Mitchell (Lucy) on 7th Heaven. In real life, Beverly is one year older than Jessica.

Party Girl & Lush Life premiered AND cancelled on FOX the same day; 4 episodes each!

The Smart Guy, Tahj Mowry is the brother of the twin sisters, Tia & Tamera Mowry. The twins were in the popular sitcom, Sister, Sister with Tim Reid & Jackee Harry.

Renegade moved to USA Network for the last season.

Lifetime aired the Global series, Traders, for a few months. Traders was more successful in their home country, Canada. It lasted on Global from 1995–2000.
