Amado, His Illness, Phentenol Patches, The Angels that he saw and God

          On August of 2008, after having returned from vacation and
experiencing an intense stabbing pain in his stomach my husband Amado had surgery because upon examination his doctor found that
his bladder tumors returned. Amado did not believe in my holistic and alternative medicine philosophies even though I had cured myself many times form different illnesses and in addition to this he had great anger
management problems which i feel contributed to his decline in health. 
          Right before his surgery he suspected that he
would never recuperate and he spoke to me with strong words advising me to acquire Will Power, Courage and Strength in order to continue
his job as superintendent of this 47 apartment
building, since i would have to do a lot of manual labor which I was not acustomed to. During
surgery they found that his cancer has mestasisized (I know I spelled this wrong ) and I was told he had less than a year to live.
          After he was discharged from the hospital and
sent home he immediately would throw up anything that he consumed on a daily basis for the next five months which prompted his admittance into the hospital 10 more times. 
          I was taught by the visitng nurse how to daily administer to him an IV fluid called TPN (Total Parental Nutrition) so that he could
get enough calories and vitamins to sustain him. And he also acquired an infection which the doctors thought was caused by the IV and
which he would sustain until right before his death on January 2, 2009 and which they later found to be a liver infection. He sustained this
infection throughout the next five months and this caused him high fevers and dehydration and the visitng nurses also taught me how to
administer his antibiotics through IV as well as how to change his urostomy bag. 
          Since Amado had no family in New York I always stayed with him anywhere from five to seven hours in the hospital daily, whenever he was admitted and this usually would occur after I took care of the basics of the building. 
          In November during one of his hopital stays
for some reason the hospital began to give Amado Phentenol
patches which later was attributed to many deaths and taken off the market. During his first phentenol experience Amado was conversing with a dog that he saw, people that he saw and two angels that he saw in his hospital room. I really believe though that the angels were really there. 
          After he was released from the hospital
in november and taken back home, after his phentenol
experience  he was never the same. His health had declined One thousand percent and he was barely able to speak or breathe.     
          As he continued to throw up every day and I
continued to pray for his permanent cure, he kept asking me that why wont the two angels that he saw come get him and take him to "heaven"? 
                            Many Mistakes Committed by the  Doctors
          After thanksgiving his "g" tube which is a gastric tube used for feeding but in his case it was used for gastric fluid discharge,  fell out.
The doctor at the emergency room who had no experience putting them in replaced it with another one instead of letting interventional radiology or a gastro intestinal doctor replace it. 
          This huge mistake on the doctor's part I was told
by the hospital's doctors would later cause Amado to throw up non stop gastric bile for 24 hours which prompted him to get pneumonia. The attending doctors from the hospital advised me to take Amado home and let him die of penumonia since he was going to die of cancer anyway. 
          I thought about it and responded no. That he
needed to stay at the hospital and made comfortable until his passing. 
          I dont know if Amado couldnt pass away because i was holding him back or if because he was afraid. But my daughter recommended
that I sleep home one night instead of at the hospital in case he was embarassed
to die in front of me.
However I felt that he was afraid to pass away.
Without my knowing, three neighbors from my buidling visited him and read him the bible, invoked Jesus, invoked God, invoked the angels,
prayed  and actually saw 4 angels in the room two at the
head of Amado's bed and two at his feet.     
          When I  arrived at 10 pm that evening prepared to spend the night since I hadnt seen him since the previous day having followed my daughter's instructions I was not allowed upstairs because the computer wasnt working and I couldnt get a pass, even though th receptionists saw my face
every day and knew me.
          Then the receptionists were too busy joking,
gossiping and fooling around. By the time I got upstairs
it seemed that Amado had just died. The staff didnt even close his eyes, cover him with a sheet or inform me on my cellular as it had been agreed on.
After having spent about an hour with him praying I got in a cab and went home.
     When i pulled out a dollar bill to pay the cab driver I saw that someone had written in ink "GOD IS GREAT".
      I said in prayer what is so great about you dear
God when you let poor Amado die alone in a hospital room? The next afternoon i found out from my neighbors that they were with him from about 3  pm to seven pm and since he died at 10 pm i believe that God sent them in
order to give Amado the faith, courage,  and tranquility that he
needed to make that final step into the Unknown. This caused me much joy, happiness, and peace, that yes I agree with the slogan that was penned into the dollar bill that God is truly Great.  P. S. The Two Hospitals that made all those mistakes are owned by the same people they are Weill Cornell N Y Presbyterian Hospital on 68th and York and N Y Presbyterian Hospital on 168th Street and Broadway, New York City. Maybe it was just meant to happen that way but I dont reccomend anyone going there since passing away should be made as comfortable as possible.
