Eager to solidify his relationship with the company, the youthful director is making no secret of his enthusiasm for the deal. The filmmaker’s relationship with the company got off to a promising start last year when the original FETISH FUCKS, featuring GAUNTLET star MAYA HILLS, was pre-nomed for four AVN Awards and received four star reviews from sites like ADULT DVD TALK. His follow-up, the recent N 2 DEEP, starring multiple AVN award winner JENNA HAZE and fan favorites like DANA DEARMOND, AUGUST, and ANNETTE SCHWARZ, is currently enjoying brisk sales and five star reviews on CD Universe.Com.

A widely sought after freelance filmmaker, Styles sums up his reason for going exclusive very succinctly. "I really respect Vince Vouyer and I like working with his team. He’s put together a great family that’s dedicated to helping each other put out the best product possible."

Speaking of the family, Styles is receiving nothing but support from the rest of the VM creative team, with 2008 AVN nominated actor-director JACK NAPIER observing "we work well together. He’s well rounded and he’s always been technically sound, especially in his ability to take great still photos. I believe Vince Vouyer has helped him take his work to a new level, especially with his production lighting. Van’s work has always looked good, and we’re continuing to grow together as filmmakers."

On his decision to welcome Styles into the fold full-time, company co-founder VINCE VOUYER states, "Ninety percent of the directors who’ve approached me I’ve turned down because they had nothing new to offer, but Van Styles’ work has always caught my interest. Pairing heat and intensity with refreshing twists that are uniquely his own, Styles’ first title under his new contract will be the interracial gonzo effort SLIPPIN’ INTO DARKNESS, currently slated for a March release exclusively from Vouyer Media.

Well last week was a productive week. Had a few shoots that went really well. One of which was with Alexis Love for Young Latin Ass 5.
Turns out this young woman was going to be on the Maury Povich show 2 days after I was going to shoot her, so her show contacted her agent who then contacted me asking if a small camera crew from the Maury Povich show could come onto the shoot since they were spending a day in the life with her.
I have nothing to hide so I obliged.They crew consisted of one camera man and a lady who was the producer. Both were very polite and kind as they hung around like flys on the wall just catching some of the interesting things that go down on a porn shoot that some of you might not know much about.
They filmed a little intro with me and captured me taking photos of Alexis, I believe this episode is suppose to air at the end of this month so who knows how it will turn out or if they will flip into a negative piece about the adult industry.
So all you day time t.v. watchers out there keep an eye out of the episode diary of a teen porn start! (they called it that being Alexis Love is 19)

Well tomorrow is Aug. 11th and if you live in the Los Angeles area you know what is happening tomorrow. It is time for the annual show of all shows Rock The Bells.
This years line up is pretty darn impressive with Rage Against the Machine,Nas,Wu Tang Clan,Public Enemy,The Roots,Murs/Living Legends,Cage just to name a few.
Tomorrow morning I will begin my journy out to San Bernadino to check out this show.
Thankfully my good friend Murs was kind enough to get me some VIP tickets. (thank god I hate lines and what not)
I have yet to be this excited about a concert in a long time and I am hoping to have a grand old time. Going to bring plenty of sunblock and plan on staying hydrated.
Unless for some freak of nature reason this show isn't good I am sure I will have plenty of great stuff to write home about.

...Well it has been a moment since I posted some kind of blog. In the world of porn it easy to get side tracked with all the work I have going on. I am still shooting for Hustler (in the process of editing Barely Legal Corrupted 9 which will feature Presley Maddox,Riley Shy,Aubrey Adams,Maya Hills,& Alexis Love).
Aside from that I just got some new t-shirts made (1st Van Styles shirts) and I am very happy with the feedback I have been getting on them. I will be posting some photos of them up here soon.
I am also in the process (a very long process) of revamping my site. Taking my time to get everything right so sorry for the delay on that if anyone has been going to my site.
I am also in the process of shooting a NEW interracial series for Vouyer Media. Once I get some scenes in the can for that I will give you guys an update on it.
So with all this going on and trying to go skateboard when I can its been a little hectic. But I will be updating my myspace more often with photos from shoots as well as updates on projects and just simply putting my thoughts out there.... so stay tuned!!
