By popular demand we have been asked to set up a paypal account so people can donate money to us to help "lighten the load" of having our trailer stolen.

Hello everyone,

 

While preparing to leave for our tour, we went to our trailer and found it missing…  STOLEN!!!  It contained instruments, equipment and ALL of our CDs/merchandise.

 

Also, upon leaving for our spring tour our van died beyond repair.

 

Needless to say, we are in a tough spot.  Without a van, trailer, our equipment, and merchandise, we cannot afford to stray far from home. 

 

Given our misfortunes we can only make it to the first four shows September 9th-12th (in Wilkes-Barre, DC, NJ, and Philly), and we sincerely apologize to anyone who had plans to see us September 13th-18th (in Virginia, Florida and New Orleans)

Our goal is to get back out on the road and keep bringing you music as soon as possible. 

We are brainstorming ways to get back on the road.  Your suggestions, love and/or donations are always welcome =).  We are in the process of setting up a PayPal account to help soften the blow financially.  We will keep you posted. 

 

Thanks to everyone who came out to the shows past.  You have all become our friends and family, and we can’t wait to see you all again.

Westbound Train performing this Thursday 08/20/09 on Vans Warped Tour in Mountain View, CA!!!  The last five shows of Warped are this week with all the shows in California.  Do not miss the chance to see the guys play their only WEST COAST dates this year!!

Westbound Train will be performing a live in studio performance today around 3pm on 91.7 WKDU in Philadelphia.  If you are not local you can stream online at www.wkdu.org.  Listen to the guys play some tunes from their new album 'Come and Get It' and talk about making this album.  


Also tonight the guys are performing in Philadelphia at the World Cafe Live Upstairs on their CD Release Tour.  Tonight's show is all ages so come one and all and pick up your copy of 'Come and Get It'!  Tickets can be purchased at the World Cafe Box office or online from the World Cafe Live.

Come join Westbound Train for sound check and pizza on Saturday, April 25th, day 2 of the hometown CD Release shows for 'Come and Get It' at the Middle East. The first 25 fans at the Middle East at 6:30pm with their ticket from the Friday or Saturday show get in. Tickets for both shows can be purchased at the Middle East box office or online at www.mideastclub.com. Purchase your tickets in advance to insure your place at the show!
