One of the best Japanese movie will be shown at VC Film Festival. This movie swept 4 categories in the Tokyo International Film Festival, including the Grand Prix; moreover, it was released in Korea, and will be released in Taiwan as well.

we had very exciting lecture at Jetro in downtown by Mr.Negishi.
He also showed up at VC Film Festival and LACC.
I hope he enjoyed staying in LA!

Oh, when we were in the lecture, there was wildfire under the hollywood sign.
I am so glad to hear that animals in the LA Zoo are safe!

1st Annual Subtitle Film Festival is held April 12 to April 15.
There are some Japanese movies like, Memories of Tomorrow played by ken Watanabe, Sway played by Jo Odagiri, and Hanging Garden played by KYOKO KOIZUMI!! You know her? Yes! She is one of the actors in What the Snow Brings!
