Why do people do wrong when they know it's Wrong

Well people do wrong because of their sinful nature. Many, many years ago, God created the first man and women, Adam and Eve. But soon afterward, Adam and Eve committed the first sin- and as you know they disobeyed God. You can I encourage you to read about it in Genesis chapter 3:1-24.
In Romans 5:12 we read;
When Adam sinned, sin entered the whole human race. His sin spread death thru all the world. Everything begin to grow old and die because all sinned.
I know your probably thinking how come were held guilty of sin because of something Adam did thousands of years ago? And your not alone, many people feel it isn't right for God to judge us because of what Adam did. Yet but if you think about it, we all can relate to Adam, buy the way we sin everyday. You know we are all made of the same stuff and are prone to sin and we are judged by the sins we commit. Because we are sinners, it isn't fairness we should be looking for its mercy and forgiveness.
Anyway before Adam and Eve sinned.
Before then, the world was perfect, with no sin, no evil, or wrongdoing. But when Adam and Eve disobeyed God, sin found its way into the world, and ever since then everyone has been born with a sinful nature. In other words, people find it natural to do what is wrong: they find it easy to do what's wrong; you know how easy that is. Or we think we know best and do our own thing:
In Isaiah 53:6 it says
We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way, and the lord has laid on him the iniquity (the wickedness) of us all.
And don't feel alone this is a weakness that everyone has. Now I know your going to find this hard to believe but sometimes people will do something even if they know its wrong, because there afraid of what others will say if they do what's right. How crazy is that? They might be pressured by friends to do wrong. Or they might have a bad habit. And its not that everything they do is wrong, they can do good and make right choices, too. But sometimes they we find it much easier to make wrong choices. You know people still have the same choice today that Adam and Eve had. I want you to know that even know its hard sometimes, we can trust God and follow his way, or we can decide for our selves what is right and wrong and do it our own way, which is usually the wrong way.
Mathew 26:41 says
"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is week".
In this scripture Jesus is warning peter about the temptations he would face. The way to overcome temptation is to be alert, aware and pray. Know remember watching means being aware of the possibilities of temptation, not n=being blindsided and being ready to fight it off. Because we have to remember temptation and satin strike were we are most vulnerable, and let me tell you, you can not resist it alone. The reason prayer is essential is because God's strength can build up our defenses and defeat Satan's power.
And remember Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Also I want you to know that with help we can do what's right the fact that there is sin doesn't mean a person has to do wrong. Remember that Jesus came to die for us and thru faith in him we can be free from the power of sin in our lives.
