I'm doing some vlogging on youtube. If you want to see and comment. Go to youtube and search for ohsoezdotcom (all spelled out). If you're Deaf, that's cool, many of the videos have sign language. If you're hearing, no problemo, most of them have voice too. Find out What's On My Mind when you pop in.

I'm wondering if the Brita commercial is correct and all the plastic bottles for water and soda will survive for eternity. If this is the case then it seems that it might be a great idea to stop the production of plastic bottles. Go back to aluminum cans for soda since the cans are recylable and stop the production of bottled water altogether. It appears that there is becoming a water shortage all around the world. I know here in California there is a lot of talk about water shortage. If they stop bottling water and let people drink from the tap, it would not only save water overall but it would stop the polution of the planet with trillions of bottles less to live forever in landfills, gutters, vacant lots or wherever. Standards for tap water are at an all-time high so why not?

Dan drove out here to Lancaster to spend the night with me and enjoy the Christmas tree. I won't get to go back down to L.A. for a week so I was completely thrilled that he would come out here. YAY! Merry Christmas!

Oh my goodness it's Christmas time again. I LOVE IT! I put up my Christmas tree yesterday. You can see it in my pics. Right now it's my main pic. You can see Sparky sleeping under the tree. How cute. He went there on his own. I think he likes the tree skirt.
I will not be saying Happy Holidays this year. I'm going to say Merry Christmas. And there you go.

I've never met Ant, but his lover (maybe former, I don't know) passed away today. Ant had a beautiful video memory posted on his blog today with the two of them. As an eternal optimist, death does not represent an eternal end to me. However, it's sad none the less. When a lover dies, especially your true love, it's hard to face the prospect of spending time without him. Work feels less rewarding, laughing hurts and makes you feel guilty, daily life becomes the grind, smiles are hard to create. In my own life, I often wish that I go before my partner does. I suspect without my physical body to feel the pain, my time in spirit will be less painful, but I actually hope that I would get to miss my partner and help him in ways I would not be able in the present realm. Should I live longer than my partner, I hope that I have people that will let me tell stories about him. I already have 10 years of memories, of things I would have never done nor accomplished without him, of hope, of happiness, of the way he lets me have loud laughter that he does not stop nor mock. You'll laugh again, Ant. When you're telling some story about some dorky thing he did, you'll hear laughter that seems out-of-body. It'll be you but you wont believe it. When it's time, share your stories. Remember those you love and don't keep the stories locked up in yourself, tell anyone and everyone that will listen of this person that shaped your life and filled it with love. I hope to hear some of those stories myself.
